So the maximum for AMD cards is 12? Can 12 be used + the integrated video also? That would be cool, then I'd just have to worry about hunting for the elusive p100-106's.

The P106's arent elusive. They are always on ebay just ridiculously priced just like all P series cards.

I know, I'm just cheap, and they're rare enough that deals on them aren't too common, (especially if your somewhat ocd like me and would prefer not to mix brands) and also there are no warranties. Won't have to worry about it for a minute so maybe they'll come down a little more, and there could be more available then also. Kills me to pay more for one of these then a Rx480, but eh.

Sometimes this mobo doesn't boot up properly when you turn off for how many days. You need to plug in again in iGPU

Have this board but haven't tested with past 13 cards yet.
Will be getting my hands on a p106-100 very soon so will let everybody know how it goes with amd cards along with these mining cards w/ nvidia chipset.

Tried hwmonitor?

It seems that that high temps are results of missing sensors, all missing sensors shows as 118C on this board.
Same is on other people  Asus B250 ME boards.

Not me, friend of mine, I'm not a miner, however i set computers for him time to time, i did an amd rig for him on december 2017, he had the cards, i just changed to this motherboard, i could not get the 13th gpu to work with what i set in bios which is 850v, yes all amd cards, the 13gpu will only set 1.000v and the difference in watts is huge from the 2, 1.000v is 30 watts more.

What can i try? claymore and phoenix miners dont undervolt the 13th card, default voltage on the 13th card bios is 0.850v, nothing works, if i remove the 13th card then everything is okay, so it might be amd drivers or this motherboard's bios. Any solution?

Driver limitation. Try Linux or do a hard bios voltage mod.

hard bios voltage mod.

That is a physical hardware mod right? In my book, that is a dangerous thing to do hehe but if done correctly is very safe.
