I am a holder of pos (2770 Pos) im slightly shocked by the dumped of price. But i pursue myself to be optimistic i believe one day postokens will show itself to everyone.

You have to do it yourself every time (from minimum 3 days to maximum 90 days).
And I see that you paid quite a lot of gas, you might want to lower your Gwei.
