You'll have to submit an application to the PoSToken website to update your status under "Bounty Program - Signature Campaign". Unfortunately the dev team isn't checking it very often. I have submitted mine around 3 days ago and it's still shows "Wait for Review" for status.

PoSToken is a very promissing, potential, attractive project. When they finish all airdrop and bounties, they will have a bigger plan to promote and develop this token. Maybe we hold the best token, the best successful project in the history of crypto world

This can only go to $10 million market cap if they list it in other exchanges but don't rush! We don't have to rush this, cause this would take time and be patience we are now making this project the best! Just keep our self supporting this token.
