Use etherdelta with temporary MEW account or hardware wallet. That will safe your funds and its pretty fluent nowadays.

Something that the coin goes down in price. I hope this is temporary. I think the developer will come up with something to stabilize the coin.

I just purchased 300 pos from etherdelta at low price , 0.65$ , its really cheap i know it will easily cross 1.5$ when market will stable , currently market is red even bitcoin below 10k$

I used 41 gwe currently , really we can use 1 or 2 gwe for the ethrum trannsfers

I think it takes 3 minutes for a successful transaction, gwei defaut is 41, if you want fast you can raise gwei to 60, transaction less than 1 minute successful

Nooo, nowadays even 1-2 gwei transaction takes couple minutes to get confirmed. Please do not pay unnecessary transaction costs.

This is how you make etherscan update your balance:

Go to https://etherscan.io >> Enter your address >> click view tokens >> click on PoSToken >> Go back and refresh page, etherscan will update your balance right away

Yeah it has even been better in the past few days. Safe low gas was as low as 1 gwei. The good old days when we can use 1 gwei to mint which is around 2 to 3 cents are back. This is good for all postoken minters and I wish it can remain like this forever. All that is needed now is good increase in price of POS

Damn, I accidentally used a standard large gwei price and transaction cost was nearly $2.5 for me. Didn't know you can use such a low price now.

Yes, always check: https://ethgasstation.info before minting or when doing other ethereum based transfers.

I see there is some of you who are sending different amount of tokens to yourself in order to execute mint. If everything goes ok the amount you are sending doesn't matter. But I will always mint by sending 0 as extra layer of security.

Example. Small chance that you enter wrong receiving address. If you sent 0 PoS nothing happens. You just mint once more. All that is lost is a little money for GAS. In case you send all your PoS you have just lost all PoS in your wallet and all PoS you were about to mint. Why would you do it that way if it works with 0???

Yeah you are very right. To be on the safer side, it's better to send 0 pos to oneself so that incase there is any sending error of any kind, you won't lose your sent pos but only lose fas fees. I only use the sending of 0 pos option with minimal gas fees when the ethereum network is not clogged

Well, I also thought that the PoSToken staking was not working until I checked it on myetherwallet and saw the added tokens on my balance.
Are you using ethplorer or etherscan to check your tokens? It seems they don't show the right number compare to mew.

This is how you make etherscan update your balance:

Go to https://etherscan.io >> Enter your address >> click view tokens >> click on PoSToken >> Go back and refresh page, etherscan will update your balance right away

Can anybody confirm that staking is still working?

I tried it multiple times, but it always results in errors. Already increased gas limit, but this doesn't help.

I also minted a few days ago and it worked.  You have to wait a fairly long time to get a stake reward/minting unless you have a lot of coins, like over 200.    I am going to wait about a 3 weeks to a month between sending for one because I was wasting gas doing it for shorter periods.

I can confirm it, the minting of POStokens still works. I always check the gas price on ethgasstation.info and set the gas limit to 250000 before I mint the tokens, so far no problems.

Yea same here, staking has always worked very well for me. If your pos balance is small, you should not be minting frequently but if you have big pos balance, frequent minting will be profitable.

This has already been clarified by the postoken dev himself in the past. After 90 days, your minting reward will not reset. It will only be stagnant at the number it is. That is it won't increase and won't decrease. It will reset after you claim your minting rewards

The stake interest alone is not enough to justify this slaughter. We also have a deep bear market for alts and the whole of crypto atm.
I like the POS project and have invested heavily in it, and I'm hoping for a great user base increase soon ~ 6 months.
Even with 100% POS in the 1st year, the market cap is only 400k USD. It can easily 10x with no fuss. Just hold & stake & lend

Try using other method, send 0 PoS to your own address (where you are holding PoS)
