Hi, is there a guide on how to stake using Mist? It keeps giving me an error that says all the ETH in my wallet could get eaten up if I execute the contract. I would really rather not press ok and lose all my ETH...

Try using other method, send 0 PoS to your own address (where you are holding PoS)

Trying to use different method is best way to avoid things that are not desirable. Find your private key and log in using MEW for the easy way. Then read the instruction on OP.

The lending platform didnt help to create a market for POStoken. what is missing is marketing and advertising of the whole project. that whats is lacking.

And the lending platform should pay out in POStoken and not Convert to USD before lending.

No, send 0 pos to your own address with the correct amount of gwei (1 currently).
And you will have minted as soon as the transaction goes through on the explorer. Click on view tokens and on the amount of POS on the explorer to see your real time POS balance.

guys if you wanna see your new balance after minting, follow these few easy steps:

1. Send 0 POS to your own wallet ID
2. Wait for confirming of tx
3. Go to Etherscan.com and search your wallet ID
4. Make an account on Etherscan (If you dont have), login your account
5. Add your wallet ID in "Watching Address" section
6. Just click on your POS balance to see you updated one

or simply login MEW and see the updated one

I had the same problem a while ago. Says there is a problem with the contract. I've set the recommended gas limit.Plus it deducted me the Gas.

For sure we're waiting for more details about PoSToken 2.0 version that was delayed due to lending platform launch.

postoken 2.0 was postpone due to landing platform launch but are postoken team ready to launch pos 2.0 in the current situation?
i think dev team of postoken should finish the postoken lending platform and then launch the pos 2.0
if they launch pos 2.0 now in the middle of postoken lending platform work then situation could be more complicated
 

I am not sure whether postoken 2.0 will still come to fruition but what I am interested in and will like to see to happen soon is the postoken decentralized exchange. Believe me, this will raise lot of interest among people and will go a long way in the development of pos. I hope dev is working on it.

The minimum you can invest on the PoS Lending Platform right now is $100.

You can always stack your USD gained from interest and whenever you hit the $100 invest those again.

I'm stacking the USD I get and converting them to PoS whenever it's at a low price.

If pos price is low, convert your lending interests to from USD to POS, if price then pumps again, convert the POS to USD and you can reinvest it if you like or wait for pos price to come down again so that you can buy more pos and you have more tokens than you started with

Don't waste your time or complicate issues for yourself with smart contract staking. Just do the easier method of sending 0 POS to yourself. That is from your wallet address to your same wallet address. Good luck.

He might be mistaken, first year interest is 100%. Its your PoS you can do whatever you want — actually I was going to follow "continuous" strategy when PoS was at $2.18 but then thought it could be risky so I didn't proceed. If I had proceeded, today I would have 3x amount of original PoSToken.

It depends on you, for me I have decided to stake only for first year or may be two year? I hope lending program will be up till then lol

This has already been clarified by the postoken dev himself in the past. After 90 days, your minting reward will not reset. It will only be stagnant at the number it is. That is it won't increase and won't decrease. It will reset after you claim your minting rewards

Yes the lending system is already working. There are different brackets for % earned min being 1.2% daily and maximum being 1.6% daily.
