When I wanted to claim my rewards I discovered that there was a discrepancy between the amount of PLAY I earned as recorded in the spreadsheet and the one recorded in the website. As a result I couldn't go ahead.  What should I do next?

You can't really trade it anywhere on exchange yet so it doesn't really matter as long as you get it before it hits exchange. They're smart enough to keep it away from exchange before everyone has their token, good enough for me.

that is expected given there are so many people and they're doing it manually. It shouldn't be a problem as long as you're getting yours at the same time everyone else get theirs.

I tried to claim my bounty for signature campaign on herocoin site. I fill my email address and MEW address, but the site wants me to fill another personal details as full name and full address. There was nothing written about this details in the bounty thread and providing of this personal details weren't listed as condition of joining signature campaign. I don't want to fill this informations. Is that mean that I won't get any tokens?

We are sorry, there were some legal changes shortly before the start of the claiming process. Unfortunately, it is necessary for HERO to proceed this way to comply with Austrian legislation.
You have to fill out everything, otherwise you won't get your bounties.

As a Full Member you should know that it need to be on exchange with an certain amount of volume to be listed on coinmarketcap and blockfolio ;-)

Nearly, the claiming process didn't start yet. The team is evaluating all the applications right now, expected to be finished soon.
Maybe the distribution starts end of the week but I can't promise anything.

Yeah it seems like, but this is not initiated by HERO, we recommend you to wait for an official exchange announcement. However, if you feel comfortable with ED you can use it but please note that HERO is not responsible for possible fake/scams which happens regularly on ED ;-)

i don't see the PLAY in tokens list so it's not listed officially yet, but you can add it manually it's not too complicated.
