December 20th is locked for listing - Lykke was first choice but there might be some others which need to be considered as well.

As already explained, Twitter Audit is common so it's not really necessary to mention it additionally. Also you had quite a long time to claim your bounties. You are around one month too late. sure. the most problem is the austrian government is very slow and its the first ico here they must watch that they do nothing against the laws to get no problems here.
you can be sure that this project is 100% legal and they cant run away with our money. worst case can be the project fail because noone will use there "token" betting side but i dont think so. give it just time until all run. no later than all run we can be sure the price will rise

Worst Case will not happen. There are so many users on the Betting Platform. Atm its just betting for fun, but u will see if someone can win real money in betting on esports coin value will increase

First listing will be on 20th December. There are still some negotiations but we should get an update about which exchange it will be very soon.
It's not officially listed on ED and the volume is pretty low there so I personally do not think that the price is representative. Some people sell their bounties at the moment to get quick bucks, don't expect such a low price on official exchanges but we will see.
The first "use case" of HERO will be on HERO's own platform (herosphere.gg.) and fully integrations happen until Q2 2018. Around the same time, there should be the API for 3rd parties available. Demand should rise at this point latest.
There are several marketing campaigns planned to make the platform more popular, also there is already a strong userbase (250k users) on herosphere.gg
