you are in difficult situations that i ever feel, this case also have happened to me since several moments ago  while i just could earn some dollars in bitcoin by this forum. my parents advice to me to left unreal job instead of go to real job. i tried to proof them by my income with bitcoin and bitcoin is legitimate currency. my parents is lack of technology knowledge but they understanding towards me and they are allowing me to fully jobs in bitcoin now !

This reminds me of MMORPG, which is funny because most kids these days spend too much time playing these games and should instead be focus on MMOB instead.

There was this local news item that went around about a kid who was scolded for playing online too much at a cafe, and then he retorted saying that kids these days earn millions of dollars for playing online. Some reasons why your parents are disagree with MMo especially bitcoin are :
- THey see bitcoin as a scam.
- There's no old age guarantee.
- It's like you're doing a gambling.
- etc

I suggest you to show them how much profit you have earn by doing this, and they might be changes their mind to support you doing this. That's just a simple way, because they need a prove first not an a theory of making profit with it. Good luck to you.

I think that is what your parents really want you to be actually they are trying to "protect you from yourself"  I think you should make them to understand and know that bitcoin technology is good and it ideas is to create a decentralized system which we have no option than to accept it in future and use it as currency.

maybe your parent didn't know what bitcoin is..or because they thought online money is a scam and illegal they try to protect you..or they dont want to see you in the front or computer all day long...just try to explain that tou create online money and thats is legal and show them prof..

I think its normal for a parents to protect their kids and i think we as young generations need to educate older generation that time is changing, and soon enough digital evolution will become global. Lack of knowledge sometimes lead to lack of truth and although it takes time to explain such difficult things like bitcoin, i think it always worth it

I really hope that you're joking. It's pretty normal for parents to want to protect their children from things they don't understand and that might harm them.

It's far better to just have an open conversation with them and try and explain Bitcoin to them.

If you're having this conversation with them, try not to get angry and just talk to them in a calm manner and try to explain everything in a very simple way.

My mothwee supporting me in this cryptocurrency world. She is also interested to the bitcoin. I am lucky because my mother believed to me when I first introduced to her about bitcoins.

Perhaps parents still do not understand that bitcoin is the future. If your country does not prohibit the earning of a crypto currency, then there is nothing to be afraid of, you just have to wait until your parents understand that this is legal.

Just show them that what you are doing is not illegal. You can perhaps show a famous personality to her that she knows having an opinion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency so that she will believe you. You can also have the option of showing her about a news in a mainstream media reporting about bitcoin and make sure that it is good because once she sees or heard about other people doing illegal using it then she will totally not allow you to continue. You can also invite some friends and make your mom understand that it is not only you earning from it.

Bitcoin is not yet legal in all country. Maybe your country is one of those country. Meaning,  what you are doing is illegal, it may one of your parents reason. I understand their point, i understand what they are saying they are parents they just want to protect you as their child maybe even you show them how much and how big money you earned they still have the same decision. Yes in their generation they don't have this kind of things and they can't really understand it. Explaining it to them is also very difficult. Just be patient on them, just understand them. They are doing those things becuase they think it is whats best for you. but what we are doing is not so bad. We are not killing anyone, not hurting anyone, we just want to make money.

That is normal of course they will stop from doing that because they don't have the proper knowledge about bitcoin they think it is a scam and will soon end. You can try to explain things to them that is if they are open minded they will understand otherwise better do that at the of them so that they will never see you and ask you to stop

I have noticed that the older people get, the harder it is for them to change their mind.
And parents naturally want to protect their children
So once parents have the idea of a danger for their children in their heads, it will become very difficult to show them a different image of bitcoin.
You could try to accept their point of view, and hope that they will accept your positive assessment of bitcoin as well, although they don't need to share it.
