Had the same problem with initial sync, I fixed it with this mod to main.cpp. 

Due to the pre-mine value out failing this check,  the Initial 10 blocks fail and prevents the chain download.  This just skips the check on the first 10 blocks.

Hi, it's better to delete the file before extracting the bootstrap files.
1. Backup your wallet.dat, save it to other folder
2. Delete whole folder.
3. Run linda-qt, then close it.
4. Go to Linda folder then delete everything except Linda.conf
5. Extract everything from bootstrap except Linda.conf
6. Copy back your wallet.dat.
7. Edit Linda.conf to add the node
8. Run Linda-qt
