I would more team up with a programmer and invest that amount into the project itself. Honestly, the budget is a bit on the lower side. But if you hold your games simple it can become good. In the early days, some simple games like doubling were running really well with basic scripts. Of course today you need to have better security for hackers. All you need to find is a good programmer then a lot is possible. Investing the budget you have for programming the casino website itself would be too low sadly. I recommend then joining someone else project.

It is not enough, that amount maybe is enough to buy the sites and the script but for advertisement you need at least 1 BTC for bounty campaign (signature and social media campaign) and then you also need spare money for giveaways for people to try your site and the most important you need a huge bankroll because the gambler need to be sure that you got enough fund to pay them

Maybe you are not doing a good research for the place where you invested with thats why you've lost for so many times of those project but I'f you have some money to spend then you should try to create your own business so that you would not find yourself empty handed on others project but you should make a good marketing strategy so that your planned business will last for long and the important thing here is you should brought some huge capital to back it up.

Any idea of your startup should be completed, do it according to your wishes. Do as you please, do not ask anyone about your work. You are the only one who understands your own desires.
