There have been two weeks since the pre-sale of our project’s tokens finished. We’d like to sum up the results and share our future plans.

Let’s start with the results. During the campaign, we have sold 1,072,037 tokens which are 428.8 ETH. It is quite less than the maximum target of 1400 ETH, however, the minimal target (350 ETH) was reached. Also, we have some funds that we raised during the private pre-sale stage.

Considering these factors, we decided to focus on product development issues and enter the ICO stage when an alpha version is ready.
Also, there are some conceptual changes in the project. Generally speaking, our technological model is a Delegated Execution System. It allows users to delegate whole computing tasks and guarantee the parties’ fairness thanks to the arbitrage and rating system.
In this model, the project will be able to expand beyond the decentralized slicing concept, although the decentralized slicer remains the key product that our team is developing. Soon the WhitePaper change will be announced.

About the upcoming ICO round, we decided to reschedule it for later, around March-April 2018: we have to develop the product’s alpha version and thoroughly prepare for the ICO-campaign.
Concerning the structure of ICO campaign, we decided to use a multiple rounds model with the gradual price rising at every round. We are planning on 10-15 rounds.
The tokens will be sold for BTC, ETH and maybe Fiat currencies, or its equivalents such as Tether.

From the marketing point, we are planning to focus on public referral program realization. During the pre-ICO, we already used this way and it showed the best result in terms of costs and raised funds ratio. On ICO we will use a multilevel partnership program, rewarding the most active advertising agents with % of the raised funds and DES tokens. This model allows lowering the risks of paying for ineffective marketing tools and spending the most part of the money on product development.

The recommended 1 DES price at the start of trading is 0.001 ETH.
The 3DES project market-makers will do their best to keep the token price not lower than the initial level.

The raised money we are spending on product development and on the marketing campaign. So there wasn't a plan to freeze this money. On the other hand, we freeze the unsold tokens.

We continue working on the project. Recently we have made a lot of tests and research, and made a decision to create our own DES blockchain. We  elect not to use Ethereum network to lower the commissions for the members of DES network.
DES blockchain will be an Ethereum fork with a faster blocks generation and a lower commission, the rest functions are the same as Ethereum’s. After the ICO DES tokens will be exchanged 1:1 with the DES coins on their own blockchain.
