What all exactly do I have to do to upgrade my wallet ? I just downloaded the 1.5 windows wallet on the main post, I have been using the Pegascoin_wallet_v1_4DOB.exe up until this point. This would be my first time ever updating a wallet since I got into mining so I just wanted to ask before I do something stupid >.<

1) Download v1.5 archive 2) Close old wallet before. 3) copy gpg.exe to node folder in to your current wallet folder this step replaced old node to new 4) copy Pegascoin_wallet_v1_5DOB to your current wallet folder 5) start Pegascoin_wallet_v1_5DOB.exe that is all what you need to update. |

Pro: You get all block reward when you find one and you don't share it with others miners.
Cons: if difficulty is high, you will find blocks harder, less rewards per day, and in that case is not worth mining solo.

While you may find a couple of blocks within a few hours when solo mining, you can also go for a couple of days and find nothing, based on my experiences. I believe in the long run, you’re better off sticking to a pool with other miners. |

Update to latest version 1.5 and wait for chain to update 100%. |

red dot means error. see log tab. Maybe 1 instance already launched, maybe node not found (if you move wallet application from workspace folder). |

Well isn't that the idea that with the lower reward rate the price will eventually go up quite a bit. But I'm always looking for other low difficulty coins to mine with potential any ideas ? |

Even if price stays the same, if enough miners quit, difficulty will go down, so the remaining miners will be still ok - it will always even out, either price goes up or difficulty down (or combination of both). |
