copy keystore folder (located in gpg_base folder) from old wallet to new wallet
run new wallet.

@Final_Flash backup the keystore first. then try to use https://www.myetherwallet.com + Keystore / JSON File, create a password and then import in wallet and use pass created on site. Maybe works. Or wait for dev to reply first. Another user had this issue, I don't know if this works.

We have 2 calls from users that they allegedly opened a wallet, generated an address
and the next time open a wallet, this account is not apear in  wallet.
As we managed to find out, they run the wallet directly from the archive, without unpacking it.
It is unacceptable.
In this case, all working folders were created in temporary directories.

Only by unpacking it you can use it.

no way you can make a proper ethereum based wallet like everyone else? why does it have to be so "special" over here?

you should definetely make a "repeat password" and a "show password" i am captain safe and i dont save notepads on my computer or usb with the wallet like rest of ya. easily losing your stuff if you do.

Also i just deleted the keystore file and it did not update, its still showing up in the wallet, does this thing load your file on the system memory? so if i delete it i have to restart the PC?

It's definitely a different experience, but the wallet is actually pretty intuitive once you get used to it.

i think im good, by the way what is this DOB mode ? is it a % of what i mine goes to devteam? this is kinda bs tho if the devteam wants such a huge profit of the entire coin and blockchain. hell.

there's just one thing i dont know too much about.

is it possible to get block time lower with more hashrate? or will that just increase difficulty and thats that? took 4 months to get to block 320k and at block 999 you change to 5 pgc.

i mean thats another 6 months before the big stuff. and without this being simply the typical ethereum wallet and has this "devfee" stuff instead and thats why you have the wallet you have, i mean to be the wallet here is sending data out from my rig, it could be looking for text files where ppl save the password for their wallets, i know half of the community runs it like that and then the UTC file.

hey, the wallet is shady, this "claim coins stuff" and then drops to 5 blockrewards after 999 which is 6 months from now...... i dont know guys, the devs here seems to be the same as from another coin and they dont really care if the coin crashes or not it seems, and clearly they're some of the ones who made expanse and other ethereum coins, same devs again making more coins, and most of the previous ones had a ton of premined coins.

but please, normal wallet and forget about this devfee stuff... do you guys really want this coin to get big? majority wont use it if the wallet is shady like this, and thats very simple cause ppl needs to be safe when storing their money, specially thousands of dollars. who would buy this coin if its looking like this and has all this explanation on "how to claim coins in wallet" on frontpage?
