If you don't put the c=MGT field, you will get paid SIGT into your SIGT wallet under the same address (which your private key that was generated for MGT should also be able to access if you import it into the SIGT wallet).

This coin and its various spinoffs just seem riffe with scammy newbie accounts and questionable purpose. SIGT, then SIGT Classic, now Magnatum? All of these just smell and look the same. Seems to me the dev that made SIGT just to earn a ton of money is doing the exact same thing again here with Magnatum..

Looks like a premine, no real changes, same language style, probably just another money grab..

No, sir, sigt and sigt classic have no features except new hashing algo. We had a nice idea to solve bitcoin queue problem and took as starting point signatum.

can you please explain what you mean by solving the bitcoin queue problem? which bitcoin queue problem do you mean? and how would it be solved with magnatum?

Well what the hell, I'll mine this coin. Atleast there was a working wallet compared to Signatum Classic which was a disaster but had some potential. Hopefully Dev will get some more information out soon as features etc.

It means bitcoin transactions is not so fast as we want, when blockchain bitcoin have a large queue, transactions is very slowly. When magnatum have a large queue, mining becoming faster, and transactions are still fast.

most of mac wallets and this one as well only work with latest 10.12 osx.
I've el capitan on two machines and wallet won't open, it will begreat to have a wallet not only for newest macs.
coins like xvg, dgb, btx and other a "little bit solid" coins haveworking wallets for el capitan, and bitcoin for sure =)

You have a lot of HW(mistakes) in miner. And WU = 0.000
You will not find shares.
Lower the intensity(I) in .bat. Or update drivers.

Looks like a fork from the ex "great community leader" team that was fired from signatum

Magnatum coin is completely independent of signatum.
It has its own unique feature, and a lot of work has been done to add it into source code and to get it to work correctly. If you are able to read the source code you easily can see it.
As the magnatum uses the Skunkhash Raptor algo it's obvious that the easiest way to gain it was to fork signatum and use its wallet sources. The same about the website template. But It's only the beginning of the work.
And as you can see the developers are from Russia (I'm not the one) so they cannot be that guy whom you're talking about.

High premine? Do you really think that 1.9% of a year emission is high? Well, I have news for you, many coins use premine.
And magnatum coin isn't just another altcoin. It has the unique feature which can help people to use crypto coins.
Besides, premine is needed for future development, to pay the coders, PR, bounties, and so on.

How to mine magnatum solo (for Windows).

Download and install the last ver. of the wallet here: http://magnatum.io/. Do not start it yet.

Create the configuration file here:

The fields YOUR_USERNAME and YOUR_PASS shouldn't be the same word.

Save the file.
Go to the miner folder and make the start.bat file.
I use the x64 ccminer so the example is for it.
