I didn't had time to test but the short time I tested , wallet didn't started to sync

It started right away by adding the addnode list on conf file for me.
It is only 2 weeks of chain so it's painless.
The problem is some of mined coins didn't arrive or showing conflicted and not added to the balance.

Then you want to delete everything in your %appdata% folder for vsync except WALLET.DAT, you can keep config files.

In vsync.conf , delete everything and add the node list from the OP

Then you can run the new 1.0.0.1 wallet.

after about one hour, some IN connections appear in my wallet, but the wallet still hasn't been synced. What's the problem?

You can find the appdata folder in windows by pressing the windows key + r and then typing %appdata% that will show you the appdata folder and the vsync folder will be there.

If you are getting connections just wait until the wallet fully downloads the blockchain. You can see the progress of this in the lower right corner. If its not downloading then try going to the .conf file you will find in the appdata folder and add this to it:

Save the file and reopen the wallet, see if this fixes the connections.
