Vsync has infinite total supply as other PoS coins, but it's inflation will decrease considerably and come to almost zero inflation at the last phases of the PoS period. You can get more information at Vsync specifications in the OP.
At its final phase of PoS, new coins will be genrated for system maintenance budget, and rewards for transaction confirmations for stakers and masternodes at very limited number.

You can calculate the figure yourself with Vsync specifications, in particular block rewards for each period of phase. I don't want to calculate them so simply give you an example:

From blocks 300.000 to blocks 400.000, block rewards are 50 coins/ block; then total coins for those 100.000 blocks will be equaled 50x100.000 = 500.000 coins.

You should replaced those total number of blocks, and block rewards for each phase, calculate total number of coins will be release each phase
Then sum up all of them, you will get what you want.
