seems like you staked all those while on the wrong chain.

how is this possible? I just create the MasterNode, and since I did not work POS I earned only through the MasterNode. What have I done wrong?

You did not lost anything. Those rewards do not exist on the main chain. They got nullified on 3.6.5.0 update as you were on the wrong chain, this is what conflicted means on this manner.

Remuneration for MN decreased tonight with block 302400 from 60VSX to
50.25VSX

why the share of remuneration for MN has decreased?
If in the POS1 phase the remuneration for MN was 80% of the total STAKER + MN 60VSX out of 75VSX,
Now, in the POS2 phase, there are 75% 50.25VSX of 67VSX
How will the remuneration for MH from the total remuneration for STAKER + MN decrease?

1) the OP has the POS block reward breakdown. we are in POS phase 2 with 67 block reward.
2) there is additional logic,  which , as number of MN's increase's, change the MN/Staker ratio. higher number of MN's more the staker will get get.

Reward structure in the OP are for each block, it is then split between Masternodes and Stakers in the Vsync network using the seesaw mechanism.

How to update:
1.   Exit/stop the current wallet from the wallet. (File - Exit or ./vsync-cli stop).
2.   Backup existing wallet.dat file to a safe location before upgrading.
3.   Delete all files located in your VSX data directory except your wallet.dat, vsync.conf, masternode.conf and backups folder.
4.   Download and install the new wallet appropriate for your OS.
