What I've seen that in other campaigns sometimes token distribution takes weeks or even longer, so if Hacken say in e-mail that in few days everyone will receive tokens - this will be very fast!

Yes, Hacken's bounty is different from many bounty campaigns. (And I would say it's much better technologically, financially it's hard to judge until we received tokens, but I'm sure price per token will rise significantly)
Check the spreadsheet and you can message on telegram manager, as was suggested in this thread

I'm agree with you. Bounty counting system works properly. Tokens distribution in 3% is very good amount. And quiet soft conditions for participants. All problems solve very fast.

You just need to submit copy of your passport (in my case I used foreign passport) and that's it!
Also I think it's good in terms of filtering out bots and those who wanted to manipulate bounty
