Yes, Hacken's bounty is different from many bounty campaigns. (And I would say it's much better technologically, financially it's hard to judge until we received tokens, but I'm sure price per token will rise significantly)

I'm agree with you. Bounty counting system works properly. Tokens distribution in 3% is very good amount. And quiet soft conditions for participants. All problems solve very fast.

You just need to submit copy of your passport (in my case I used foreign passport) and that's it!
Also I think it's good in terms of filtering out bots and those who wanted to manipulate bounty
