There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

1 eth = 200 lat
1 lat  = 11 latx
maybe rate 1 eth (200*11) = 2200 latx
maybe for total supply for latx will become (30 million*11) = 330 million

at an early stage.....

Phase 1.
1 LATC = 1 LAT

Phase 2.
100 LAT = 1 ETH

new update......

1 LAT = 11 LATX
100 LAT = 1100 LATX
2000 LATX = 1 ETH

I feel very aggrieved. or indeed I am wrong. explanation please. because I feel the initial token holders will lose 900 LATX.

Phase 2.
100 LAT = 1 ETH

Phase 2.
100 LAT + 100% bonus = 200LAT = 1 ETH

Hello,

Just to clarify for everyone,

Everyone who purchased LAT in the first phase of the sale got it at 100 LAT = 1 ETH. We then gave everyone who purchased a 100% bonus to they ended up getting 200 LAT = 1 ETH.

There will be an option in the near future to transfer your LAT that you have purchased to the new LATX token at a 1 LAT = 11 LATX rate. This means that if you bought 1 ETH worth of LAT then you can transfer that 200 LAT and get 2200 LATX.

The next phase of the general sale is 2000 LATX to 1 ETH

due to the swap, the LAT price is effectively pegged to 0.000385 BTC. this includes the 10% bonus LAT holders will get when they swap for LATX. though volume is low, the market is offering discounts for those who are patient

I still have 60 LATC in my wallet.  Having missed out on the earlier opportunity, will there be any other opportunity to trade out or have I lost out completely?  Just want to know if my LATC have any hope or I should just delete my wallet and walk away.

LATC will not be able to be transferred again. The option to transfer LATC was available for nearly a month. I'm sorry you missed it but there isn't really anything we can do about that.

Personal prediction: Latium will go NOWHERE, just like the first time.  They will take people's money (in ETH/BTC) and keep "changing focus" (just like this new LAT token -> LATX garbage).  It's all a scam, people!  But, as someone famous once said... "There's a sucker born every minute."  Shame people never learn.

How exactly will this transfer happen? Will we do this within myetherwallet by sending our existing LAT to an address and receive back 11x the amount sent? If so, will this be an automatic transaction or will the dev team have to manually process each request?

Yes that is how it will happen. It will be an automatic process. Once you send your LAT and it is confirmed then your LATX will automatically be sent to the Ethereum address you sent the LAT from. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes and should be a lot less than that. This is all dependent on confirmation times of course.

There will be a portal and instructions on our site as soon as it is updated. This should happen by either the end of this week or early next week. You will be able to transfer LAT to LATX in perpetuity. Meaning you could transfer now, a month from now, a year from now, whatever.

i think a big factor in this is relaunching LATX with the help of wings platform. it'll bring much more attention to the project. LAT investors aren't losing anything and are actually gaining exposure for their investment - increasing the likelihood that it increases in value

2000 LATX = 1 ETH is simply the ratio of LATX to ETH which will be available during the general sale of LATX.
