Yup I agree and I see this one more than mobilego and playkey , The vision for the project was very solid as A gamer myself it would be nice if there will be a more benefits to use this token compare to the existing methods to gather gamer credits , Good luck to this project surely this would be a sucess !

This project is good for gamers so they can monetize their hobby, good luck for this project. So many gamers are do not know how to monetize their hobby, I hope the advertisement of it can be more longer.

Wow. Very interesting project ahead. What about roadmap?
The project seems really promising without any doubt.. The project seems kind of simillar with mobilego but The team appears to be way stronger. Interesting idea, but will a one second blocktime not have problems with network spread? A lot of users might have to commit a significant amount of their bandwidth just to keep up with the chain. Did you consider that?
Totally agree.one second blocks might cause a problem but 20-minute superblocks would not be any issue LOOKING FORWARD TO INVEST IN THE CROWDSALE. When will the ICO begin?

Yes, advertisements make for great amount of contributions in an ICO, if advertised properly then the project can raise millions of dollars in ICO, and if not then God save the project. But the team behind the project is very hardworking and surely it is gonna be a success.

Anyone having problems downloading the white paper on mobile? Strange, it says invalid format yet I other PDF formats I can view.
Hi team, this is the first project of this kind i have seen. I have seen somewhat similar smart contract platforms. Yours is decentralized, with own blockchain incorporating both pos and poa. Do you have any competitors(no need to name names). If yes, what makes you stand out?

With that in mind, I think it would be great if they could advertise/market via google adwords or other similar marketing networks on gaming niche portals and communities. It would attract a lot of them to the crowdsale for sure.

We all know that the game is one of the major platforms that exist today, many gamers and they have a very large community in this Age. this project I predict more targeted to teenagers who are in the millenial era.
I see in the description saying that this future project is targeting the sale of items in the game. may look like an item in some of the top games. is it possible to get into STEAM? if yes then this will be very interesting, I really support because I am a gamers who really need an easy way to make it easier to play the game.

We have no intention of using Steam for our game distribution - we do our own. There have occasionally been other questions about potential competitors, and your question dovetails into that question as well, so let me address them both at the same time. We have discussed this at length as a team, and we came to the conclusion that in reality, there are no other projects like ours in the crypto space. We are the first project to implement a full decentralized distribution model for game publishers along with integrated tokenized game assets and a marketplace for them - and we're doing it on our own dedicated blockchain, not the generic ethereum chain that some of the others are attempting to use. Even so, Xenio is much more than the sum of those things. Our platform isn't owned by a company that can go bankrupt or be bought by one of the existing megacorporations, it's fully decentralized. And because we're decentralized, the system we're building follows the open source philosophy, so we are building Xenio as an open platform that game publishers can use any way that works for their own business model. They can publish traditionally with an up front cost and free gameplay, or they can make their game a Freemium type game, or a hybrid, or even give their games away for free if they want. And for the in-game asset tokenization you mentioned, game publishers can set it up so gamers can purchase in-game items, or trade them outside the game, or they can even set up their in-game auction house to use the Xenio system directly from within their games. We're not building a simple token trading app, we're building an entire gaming ecosystem that is open and extensible. So, knowing there isn't any real competition in the crypto world, we've set our sights squarely at Steam. They are the only competition that matters, as they're the biggest and most well established. We have the means and determination to displace them. And we're coming like a freight train.

Do you have any proto type for this to test it or use it The system will be open for developers to use how they see fit - to get the most out of the Xenio platform, there are a lot of options publishers can include, but the basic game store functionality is going to be the most obvious first step for any publisher. We started this project just a few months ago, and while development is taking place very rapidly, we are focusing on building the platform itself rather than trying to attract a publisher to integrate a game on Day 1. So no, we do not have any games that work with the system today, since there isn't a public test platform for publishers to implement in their game binaries. We have had early interest from a few independent game developers, but we've had to tell them to hold tight for a bit until the system is at a point where we feel comfortable that the system is ready for 3rd party access. Once the system is in Beta stage, we expect a lot more developers will show up for the party. As for timing of the prototype client, we have committed to releasing a preview version, with source code, before the end of the main crowdsale. The presale will probably begin before the code is ready for release.

As I was reading the whitepaper, I realised that theres potential for users of the platform to infringing some copyrights. I am glad that this has been addressed somewhat and identified as a potential risk. Though the potential solution is not full proof. But I do appreciate that it is something you will look at and mitigate.

The idea is nice, but I'm wondering how you are going to compete with the giant called Steam. Of course there are advantages in your project, but it will take a lot of time to attract Steam users to your project. Anyways, everything is possible. Wish you luck, guys

It won't happen overnight, that much we know - but it really all comes down to the price of the platform. Steam reportedly takes between 30-40% of revenues from all game sales just for distribution, so game developers end up making a lot less money for their effort than they could if they distributed their games themselves. Other centralized blockchain projects take 10%, which is better, but still not ideal. Our aim is to create an open platform where game devs can sell their games for little to no cost, with no commissions, and on a platform where they control the game licensing in a way that fits their own business model, not Steam's business model. We believe that our open platform will attract game devs for this reason, and since the addition of more games will attract gamers, which in turn makes the platform more valuable to developers again, we end up with a positive feedback loop that eventually reaches a critical mass where the amount we have to spend on marketing to gaming developers approaches zero. If the games are there, the gamers will follow, so it's just a matter of doing as much as we can to make the platform easy to use and easy to integrate into the games that the game developers want to make.
