I can confirm refunds are being processed, received mine yesterday.
Xenio Telegram group is filled with people having received theirs as well.
If you have not received yours yet, you can be sure you will, probably in the next run.
Since I've never used telegram, is it important to use it in order to be able to get in contact with the devs? I'm not able to PM them in this forum. |

After refunds are issued out, will the project still be ongoing with another sale happening in the future? The idea itself looks solid, and the team seems reputable (especially if refunds are issued out). I'd be interested in participating in the next sale.

Well i've posted in Telegram as well and nothing . . . starting to doubt i'll get my refund to be honest.
You really need to be patient. The more times you needlessly post somewhere, the more this gets delayed. Every minute spent reading messages could have been spent otherwise. |

Hi guys, sorry for the delay, i had to setup a new workspace, which caused delay, i will check the emails in about 12 hours, will make a list for saturday, sunday i will prepare the transactions, and when the escrows are back by monday we will send another refund. Once again sorry for the delay.  |

Just got into a Skype call with them. They're really helpful so I wouldn't worry if you have invested on them, just be patient.
Oh, and if you have sent them coins through Kraken, try find your transaction in your history, if it's too old it won't show the Ledger's Transaction ID so you'd better email Kraken's support, send them the withdrawal ID and ask them for the traceable transaction ID. Keep that email for proof.

Actually no, after a long timie of beating around the bush, they started to refund. I'm a little shitty, as the ripple I used to invest went up a few days later to almost 4 bucks AUD (I got at .25c), so basiclaly all i did was give them the ripple to hold whilst the price went up, then they return it when its back to 1.20..... Heaps of game ICO's now Like Abyss, and a bunch more. Personally, there will be too many. One or two may give steam or origin a run for their money, but they will need to bring something different to the table

Investors should not be too impatient as this is a good project and I think they will know how to keep investors staying with their projects. |
