Yeah, it will most likely reach the 5000$ again. It is easier to get there when you hace already been there.

Plus, the rumors and people saying it will touch 5000$ probably make many people expect that price to sell as you say. Sure it was the price target for many, and thus they sold once it reached it.

This was extremely likely to happen before this correction came along and painted the whole crypto market in red, essentially. I'm not sure about whether it is able to hit $5000 right now due to the updated regulations regarding crypto investing by the chinese government. Honestly i'm not fond of the majority of ICOs at all(the few that gets the most media attention are usually complete BS, and the actual good ones are never discovered or even have an ICO), but it means a lot to traders and speculators.

I think that we will recover to around $4500 before another bear wave puts us to the test. If $4000 can hold up then potentially we can settle at around $3900-$4200. But otherwise we may be looking at $3000-$3500.

Just days ago, predictions and projections were pointing to the possibility that Bitcoin can be able to clobbered the $5,000 mark and it did happen. But what followed was a big correction due to massive sell-off (profit-taking is the possible reason here which is nothing alarming actually) and so we are now back almost at the $4,500 - $4,600 range.

This is a totally standard procedure, in fact, you can always count that people will sell off their coins when Bitcoin exchange rate will hit another 'round' number like $5000, $6000, $7000 etc.
If we know about this then we could use it to your advantage, wait for the another price threshold is crossed and then buy back coins people will sell.
No one will tell you for sure when we will cross $5000 again - one is certain, with this barrier reached people will realize that there is still potential for more, and will go even higher next time.

It didnt actually break 5000 dollars price as far as i remember it did only reach 4912 or more but didnt reach 5k which means theres really a strong resistance on that price and now the price did dip again and going back on 4200 price again and this is the time we should really watch out on bitcoins price and be alert on setting up buy orders. We wont know if the price would dip even more.

However, since Bitcoin had already broken the $5,000 wall, it would be now easier for it to do it again this time. We just don't know when can that be...will it be tomorrow, next week or just within the month of September?

I wouldn't call this a "massive sell-off" yet. We could see the price drop much more as part of a correction or dump. But the price will eventually go back to $5000 and beyond. A correction right now should be expected after the huge increases lately. I would look at this as a time to think about buying more Bitcoins or altcoins.

yes that is right that it did not cross the 5000$ level and now it is trading below 4300$ but we can see that bitcoin has a very strong support at 4000$ and do not letting it down anymore, therefore we are confident that bitcoin price will continue increasing and this time it will certainly cross 5000$ without any restriction and hurdle.

You can't just assume that the price won't drop anymore, especially not when things are still unclear about how everything will play out when it comes to the hard fork in November. I by that time expect quite some fud to pop up all to feed the uncertainties that come with such events. In order to reduce the potential uncertainties, we'll need miners to distance themselves from something they initially agreed with -- F2Pool has done it already, but we need more miners to follow.

When this recent ICO crackdown is clarified that it does not apply to proof-of-work mined issuance tokens, possibly that will be the news that propels BTC, LTC, and XMR to new ATHs again.

Confirmed here mate based of the price personal price monitoring I had, there's a bigger potential that nearly $5000 has a possibility to be achieved since price now is continually uprising after fluctuations did happen lately. The people doesn't really care for the rumors and negative taught, all they wanted is profit and long term investments is the greater way to make it. They don't dump unless their goal isn't achieve and no reasons to do it such us emergency spending is not that needed, they will continue to hold their assets.

yes it is right to say that the price of bitcoin still not cross 5000$ and it lost about 900$ in a day, which is a big decrease but i think that the price is now again recovering its position and hope that very soon it will reach to 5000 may be even in this week it will reach to 5000$  and hope that even after that it will continue increasing and will hopefully cross 6000$ in september.

$5k is seriously possible for Bitcoins but not sure about this month because it's such a level that everyone was looking for, and I have seen many times that once a level gets reached, Bitcoin goes stable and plays near that level but doesn't cross it for ~2-3 months. But bitcoin has broken many records as well as superstitions about it this year, so it is really not possible for anyone to predict when will 5k be seen but not just 5k, we are now heading for 10k (as being hyped by many big whales who have invested in Bitcoins).

After a couple of days bloodbath, it looks like that bitcoin has recovered and on the way to $5000 again. I agree, this price would be a bargain for the next coming months. We may hit even $7000 at the end of the year. But first once we hit $5000, I would like to see how this price is sustainable. If yes, then definitely price would go even further, otherwise we may see another dip. But there's no way that we can't get to $5000, sooner or later we gonna touch it again.

At least we already see price correction early so that we have enough leeway to go to $5000 if ever. The timing of the announcement by the Chinese regarding banning of ICO somewhat hasten and trigger this alarm plummeting the price to $4xxx but in has rebounded now and see where it goes from here.
