there is no better altcoin than ETH now. Other altcoins are only working normally and it has no signs of development. but an ETH is about to happen an important event and those holding ETH will get new tokens. in general, conditions can be really beneficial for bounty hunters, but how promising a project can be, and whether its results will be in demand in society, that is the question.

The coins you listed seems to be good and I'm holding some of it. But, I don't see them as the best crypto to buy now as the topic of this thread cause they are not performing well in the market. However we can't say ETC is scam because we both know that the crypto market is not doing good since last year.
