My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.
I'm so sorry bitcoin is that in early 2017 i stopped investing and worked with it, and i lost a lot of income because i have problems but i will start and now i will start working with bitcoin and will invest in earnest.

In my opinion, I don't regret about Bitcoin, because if I still remember the past, maybe I will cry whole day when I have not bought Bitcoin in 2010 or 2011. So, let buy Bitcoin now and look at the future, forget the past.

My biggest regret about bitcoin - I invested 1 bitcoin in HYIP 4 months ago, and he didn't pay! And second - I did not apportion capital between bitcoin and Althingi on the exchange, and all money was kept in altonah! But from their mistakes we learn

Yes, I had a lot of such coins and was not close. Two weeks ago I sold 0.05 BTC and now it has doubled but I do not regret it is necessary to go ahead and forget the setbacks

I originally was an early adopter and bought 2000 bitcoins at $2 a piece and I sold it at $12 as I didnt see it as a viable payment option as nowhere it could be used. I thought it was a good profit.  Afterwards I also shortly owned 2k bitcoins at 4 and sold it at 8. Again a lofty profit as I thought.

But on the other hand many of my bitcoin owning friends have lost all their coins with the downfall of mtgox where i was also trading on.... if you look with this in perspective I feel okay.

recently i bought 20k for bitcoins at 3k and sold them at 6k. if i would have kept them only longer again..........

Wow you got in even earlier than me, I got it when you sold at $12, and lost all 4 through a chargeback scam on Ebay.
I also didn't see it going anywhere. All these other people saying they wish they knew about it back then are doing it with hindsight.

I guarantee most of them wouldn't have bought many back then. The rumour Bitcoin MIGHT hit $100 one day was seen as a pipe dream.

And yes that's before we even get to the MTGOX crash, whereby most of them would have lost their coins anyway, and EVEN if they survived that most would have sold for $1000 way before it got to $15000.

Now I tend to think that even if I had mined a few (hundred? thousand?) bitcoins back then when it was so easy (because I am not so sure that there was a way to actually buy bitcoins back then, there were no exchanges in those days, but I may be wrong here...)  probably without the investment of money I would have forgotten all about them and would have dumped them all together with old disks and forgotten passwords and never be able to retrieve them again. So many people did that!

Looking from that perspective, maybe it is better I never had bitcoins in those very early days. Knowing, that there are millions of dollars not accessible to me would be sooooo painfull!

My biggest regret was selling my bitcoin when it is dropping I did not know that it can recover and surpass its previous ATH, I can not fight my emotions when it is dropping in deep.

Now 20k dollars can come out of people who regret a few years, or just a few months later.

I have heard of bitcoin around 2015, I was 15, and also doing some other jobs online. I thought it was a fraud by then since it requires me to invest money in. Then I Heard of mining and thought it was too trouble. That is why I suffered a lot from then.

At least I learn something, never put a judgement before doing enough research, and never stops at troubles

You said you do not want to buy anymore, but the price of bit coin will keep going up. If you did not want to buy it, it would be nice not to forget the idea.

My biggest regret about bitcoin is I sold bitcoin too early. I sold it when Bitcoin was around $4000 and $8000. I do not think it will be increased to nearly $20000.

I don't have any regrets towards bitcoin even though I've just started it lately because of bitcoin I have an extra income now or should I say that I have a sideline job now after my regular work, I can even consider about giving up my regular job and go full time earning cryptocurrecy or bitcoins.

So far, I don't have any regrets about bitcoin. But I feel like if I have known this sooner it would have been better because it really does give an average person a lot of help.

My biggest regret about bitcoin is that I was not able to invest it on the early days when bitcoin was still fresh and new in the internet, I've known bitcoin many years ago but I was thinking that bitcoin was just a mere scam and nothing else, now all I've got just a regret if why I didn't been so curious in getting to know what bitcoin really is.

My biggest regret is that I underestimated BTC too much and made wrong calculation many times. BTC is a solid, and good investment.
Mate I don’t know the reason behind your panic selling but I must say it must be the worst step you have taken ever, not only $8000 but it is increasing more than this, I don’t know why people get so impatient when they see the price getting a little low when they know the bitcoin has become mature and the profit worthy currency so I am really sorry for your lose and I hope you will not sell the remaining 60% at low price.
