It is not better than cash nor cash is better than bitcoin , both of these are termed as currencies by many but they have totally different features for example bitcoin price changes and isn't stable like cash , to make payments to someone using bitcoin we have to pay a fee which isn't there for cash , holding bitcoin is more profitable than cash all these differences are not similar at all hence bitcoin is like a investment while people can invest in cash

The true reason why some country does not allow to use bitcoin or some governments either because of corruption and problem of control money flow. Even bitcoin better than cash in some ways but you can not corruption if the whole world using bitcoin. Moreover, some governments do not want money outflow too much and they are unable to control that so they will make bitcoin banning.

Yes and I find it a hassle to carry with me always those bulky wallets or noisy coins which is somewhat risky also.
