The waiting time for live bet slip sendings will be less than 8 seconds in a few days. The 12 seconds will be for a few hours, because we added a few leagues for which we have to check if the live score is fast enough. But don't worry, the most bet slip can be proceed in this time. |

They always using 'correct' for grading open bet slips mostly during the match while the system is grading it anyway and did nothing wrong.  Check out our grading speed, for example after a goal was scored, the correspondent bets are settled within 4 minutes. |

Hello regosch,
sorry his bet slip from March and his support request was not answered. We had on this time a misunderstanding with the Support Team which is assigned to this ticket. Now we settled everything and gave him an extra credit voucher. I am very sure this will not happen again since we have fixed this issue for new requests.
