iridiumdev, why is the donat wallet empty? you can say "hey people I need to spend a bit of btc on something"? but you put us stupid before the fact, there is no money in your wallet

Moved it all to the new donation wallet Smiley
You don't have to keep checking up haha, I will give updates when more donations come in, you can continue to use the old address for now, I just need to print paper wallet for new one.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I like the name of the coin.
But what are the differences with Monero besides the fixed supply?

Monero is governed by a centralized team of devs, Iridium is built by the community and will adapt to whatever they wish it to be.

OK not to be a dick (haha) but at this time the community wants dev to do everything from fixing wallet bugs and getting the coin on an exchange, get a web site running, all on a central single point of failure the dev.

Wallet bugs were fixed by mine77, website is being developed by HelloBard, Whitepaper is open to everyone to develop. Even people who aren't me can get a coin onto an exchange, but right now we are funding a btc wallet managed by me so I can apply, but really anyone could.

That's a good thing, every coin should have that aspect.
But how is this maintained?

It is maintained by a group of people that are interested in building this coin. It's not just the dev that has to do it all.

That website name is a bit fishy (iridium.cash). Can you change that cash part?
I've already bought the domain so I can't haha

my post was in response to this. I care about the project's success. The dev of this project is great and very helpful, obviously we can't expect one person to handle every aspect of this project and this is after all a community project. I still believe this project has what it takes to have a large market cap because of the algo.

Maybe it's better to move the link to the whitepaper on the intro post so anybody can find it...
I hope that anyway we can have a whitepaper and site as soon as possible...

You're better off with xmr-stark-nvidia than ccminer for cryptonight mining on nvidia https://github.com/fireice-uk/xmr-stak-nvidia/releases

Does your pool have a frontend? If it does then I can add it to the main list of pools.

Dev, can you try to add iridium on this exchange: https://stocks.exchange/ ?
They have few coins trading at the moment and it seems the requirements are still pretty low (free), for a couple of days they added such new coins as PGC and WHL

Do not! It might be a scam exchange, like bitzure.
