Open the new GUI wallet app, click FILE, select OPEN WALLETS, browse to your old wallet file.
That is okay. The next time you open a new GUI wallet app, it will open your old wallet by default.

I've got a problem with transfers.
Today in the morning I transferred IRD between my wallets.
I sent 10 transfers of 100 IRD and 5 transfers of 200 IRD each. Transfers of 100 IRD arrived wit no problem. But all transfers of 200 IRD stick.
What's going on? How can I recover my coins?

And  why 20.2343 IRD was locked after transfer?

After the end of the synchronization, the client hangs. That is how it should be?

UPD. After 20 minutes, the wait grew.

I guess "locked" just means not available yet/anymore for spending. These could be tx which are still in the mempool.
Notice that very large tx (in terms of kB) might get stuck in the mempool for a while. It's because of the dynamic blocksize limit like in Monero too.
I think it happens when you create a tx from many "small" inputs, typically from mining pool payments.
That's also the reason why exchanges do not allow that people mine directly into their wallets.

Not sure if there is a quick way to check the mempool, except doing it directly in the daemon.
Would be good if we had a block explorer which shows the mempool as well. Like this one: https://github.com/moneroexamples/onion-monero-blockchain-explorer
Maybe explorer.ird.cash would be a good place for it.

I can see your tx in the mempool. Those five from the screenshots. No idea how long it will take to get included in a block or dropped from the mempool. Devs will be able to answer this.
When the network is still young and the blocks are still rather small, then trying to send one large tx composed from many inputs will result in it being stuck in the mempool.
Because it would create a block which is larger than the dynamically allowed maximum size.
For me that's the only plausible explanation for why they are stuck. Without having looked into the code.

Edit: Here is the mempool.

Thanks again for explanation. I didn't  realised that it could happen. Before I sent 5x 200 IRD I have tried to sent 1000 IRD. But I couldn't.
I understand that coins will arrive or transfers will be cancelled. I have to wait.

EDIT: I checked my wallet and I found quite weird transfers

167 very small transfers from a pool. Maybe they cause the problem.

Check out the current size of blocks:
https://explorer.mine77.net/

They are usually smaller than 10kB, sometimes up to appr. 15kB.
Then check out the blobSize of your tx in my previous message. They are larger than 25kB, some 35kB.

I guess that's too much above the median of the last X blocks and hence none of them can be fitted into any new block.
I think you'll have to wait until they drop out from the mempool (how long does this take?) or hope that the median block size is increasing steadily and they will suddenly fit.

Edit: Here is one large tx I found, made from many inputs. Could be one of your 100 IRD tx: https://explorer.mine77.net/#/tx/f383d11b3e159700e6fc26d930221dda50196e5749dcb7333dafa2c2a719de28

Edit: And this is certainly one of your 100 IRD tx which is visible on one screenshot. 24kB large! https://explorer.mine77.net/#/tx/e43e62239f67a0863aef2f358002ae0322a5dff0ecd03ae37988bb058b707efa

You can find them in the blocks 4634x to 4635x. Notice how that one tx filled an entire block. It probably only went through because there were several 10-20kB sized blocks previously so it wasn't too much above the median of those.

If i am being correct, Iridium has not yet hit any exchanges right?

I think the devs already said multiple times over the last few pages of this thread that first the coin needs to reach a certain technical milestone and only then they will apply for listing on exchanges.

Why would anyone hurry to get this coin onto some shitty ultra low liquidity exchange, where literally nobody will place buy orders? This would contribute nothing to the coin and it will contribute pretty much nothing to the pockets of those who desperately want to dump their stash.

If anyone wants to sell, just make sell offers here. Or create a new thread for IRD OTC trading to not clog this one and post the link here.
