The SWIPP exchange platform probably never existed. We hope to add SWIPP as a base currency to an existing exchange instead. If that fails, we intend to develop something of our own (however, we would really like to avoid it).

We only control a small portion of the supply. A good thing in our eyes, as it keeps the currency open and not in the control of us.

There will be a forum on the website in the future (yet another thing to do). Some accounts on social networks will be created as well. We will stay as far away as possible from the twitter/telegram created by the original author.

Lpool is probably best... It has the biggest portion of the current nethash which is just above 100GH/s currently.

Yep.. And 80GH/s are mine of them (from my four D3). But I can't understand why the hashrate of all of them decreased at pool statistic so much? I've asked lpool support but unfortunally.

We hope it will increase dramatically... Trying to foresee an exact figure is likely a senseless exercise. The price of the currency on coinsmarket has already gone from 0.1 satoshi, to 180 satoshi in a matter of days (since our first announcement).

It seems to be increasing in value on a daily basis now. Once we implement our changes and publish the website, we hope to see more positive development of the price.

We know about PhantomX. Currently, it's very similar.... But after our wallet release there will be a big difference in max supply and block rewards. PhantomX seems to be trading at a lower price and lower volume compared to SWIPP. It also has a huge premine. Nevertheless, we wish the author/authors behind it good luck.

Dunno if it might be related... But my D3's tend to hang up in intervals, so I need to restart them in order to get the hashrate back up to normal levels.  This can usually be seen as a hanged up chain in the web interface of the miner.

I tried to restart them many times. But unsusccesfully. However some process is going, some blocks founding. But rate has mysteriously increased.

Hello everybody!

Once again, we have reached a new record in the network hash of SWIPP, briefly approaching nearly 300 GH/s today. It has gone down slightly and now seems to be hovering around 150 GH/s. Really nice to see that it's being mined.

The website is nearly completed and has been left over to chaozer for publishing. He will be setting up a server for us. We hope to get it up and running soon.

We are still looking for maintainers for the Windows and OS X wallets. The job involves compiling new versions and testing them on each platform. Please let us know if you are interested.
