Our idea is to collateralize only long-term assets (like land, trees, etc). Trade financing is not currently planned to be implemented, though such option might be added in the future.
We will consider each country separately to find a reliable framework. If it is not possible due to some reasons (like an absence of relevant legislation or general safety reasons) we will not enter such markets. Actually, projects in such countries are rather gambling than investment opportunities. We believe that major part of countries will be available for investments.
We will use unmanned aerial and ground vehicles as much as possible to provide objective information about the assets.
Are you going to explore new lands? It it easier to give money to farmers for their development? |
