Yes, there are other ICO project not connected on ethereum, it is all coming by a chance that most of the ICO signature campaign are under Ethereum that's why they are asking ETh wallet.

Any one can answer my question?
Some even accept cash as I heard, but of course it depends on the ICO. Just make sure that the requirement to have an Ethereum wallet doesn't stop you once you find a really good project to invest in. You can always use exchangers to invest cash. No need to really hold Ethereum coins on your wallet.

Any one can answer my question?
It's ETH accepted only ? If yes, you'd better creating a single eth address, don't use an exchange address or any address you don't have the privacy key.

i think most ( not all ICOs ) use ERC20 wallet in their rules so you must create it before join the ICO, but the rest use waves platform and NEM ( DIMCOIN Ico i think use NEM wallet )

Any one can answer my question?
You can't because that already become a mandatory for every participant to participate in the ico crowdsale and i can say you must have the ethreum address to receive your shares. and that was easy.
Don't worry about that. But there is a project that already used its own platform and you will no need the put or have ethereum address such as iconomi.

Any one can answer my question?
Almost all the icos require an own address, never using an exchange address. We'd better do as ico rules asked to do when we participate in an ico.

That's dependent on the ICO. If you can only invest with ETH, you could theoretically still deposit using some exchange services (send bitcoin and they send ETH to the address you specify) or withdraw from an exchange. But pay attention to ICOs most will only send tokens to the address you deposit with. If you have to send ETH then you need an address.

Also if the token is an ETH token... then of course you need an address.

Any one can answer my question?

If the coin is an Ethereum token, then to receive the tokens after the crowdsale, you'd need an Ethereum wallet address. In the case of the BannerCoin ICO (bannercoin.com) You can participate before getting an Ethereum address and payment options other than Ethereum are are accepted. Before you can receive the BCOIN tokens, you'd need to establish an Ethereum address, but it can be done after the crowdsale.

BannerCoin - officially trading on EtherDelta.

You can participate in ICOs based on Waves Platform.
Yes. For example, the BeOne generosity campaign, which runs from September 7 to October 07, conducts ICO on the Waves platform and therefore a wave purse is needed.

Yes, there are still ICOs that accept non-Ether.  But if the ICO is selling ERC-20 (Ethereum-based) tokens, then you'll need an Ethereum address anyway.

Avoid token sales like ours.  We will be accepting only Ethers.

You should create an Ethereum address anyway. Understanding as much about blockchain tech as possible is important before investing in the space.

Most ICOs use Ethereum tokens, which require an Ethereum address, but as people mentioned some don't. Why limit yourself though?

Many ico you can consider with other wallets, but mew (eth address) with erc20 is still very familiar today, we just follow the rules they use, there are still wallet that is connected like a wave, and I think they also use erc20. The important thing is you can keep your wallet safe and give enough ethereum for gas.

Any one can answer my question?
It depends on the coin, there are some tokens based on ETH some others based on ETC and I think some icos are coming on waves and even some other tokens require a regular bitcoin address so like you can see it depends on the token you want to get, but I do not see what is the problem with and Ethereum address you can get one very easily.

Any one can answer my question?

Yes but I don't get the picture here.

Creating Etherium address will just take seconds of your life so I see it's not a hassle. Rather than asking question like that, try to create an Etherium address so it will not be too much complicated.

What projects are you talking about? Giga Watt, for example, accepted bank wire transfers in USD. For this, you don't need an ETH wallet. But to get your tokens, you will need ETH wallet 100%. No other way here.

You can, but not for those ICOs that uses ethereum smart contract for their fundraising. Some ICOs that didn't require ethereum address mostly will have their own blockchain and becoming altcoins instead of blockchain assets, and most of them take really much time just to distribute the coin because they need to test their mainnet and many more.
