I think schools are there to teach our child what we cannot teach, we will always have atleast 1 weakness when it comes to academics. A tutor could do the job if that is the case but there are just lots of limitations. When it comes to socialization, ok lets not send them to school, lets just find other group of parents looking for other parents whose wanting their kids to have a social group so that they could do activities where they will learn to cooperate and help others, wait a minute, isn't that called a school?.

Going to school is not all about learning subjects, you also build character out of your kids. There they learn failure and how to cope with it. Thats one thing you cant teach at home no matter how good the tutor are.

Yes we can educate our children in our home but we cannot teach all the things that they need to learn. In our home, we can teach them the right attitude, respect, discipline and being responsible. But those academic information like mathematics, english etc. will be teach in school.

The main #1 reason is simply resources bud, you probably need to be a millionaire or have assets equivalent to bring up kids properly. Bringing up kids properly does mean either home schooling or sending them to a very forward thinking school which costs money.  Most parents have to work so dont have time to educate kids at home.

If you are living paycheck to paycheck and have kids in mainstream school there is a bigger chance of a whole ton of problems, too much to list.  It can be done this way i guess but why have kids if you cant provide your genetics the best chance in life. Me and the mrs are reluctant to have kids at this point in our lives and by the time we feel ready for it it may be too late tbh.

First an foremost, it's not everything that you can teach the child at home, there isn't enough resources or the parent doesn't have the necessary training to teach the child and secondly, its good for the kid to go to school so that he can bond with other kids as well so he will not be socially awkward in the near future

we are not that brilliant to keep your kids at home ... you can see at school different subject differrent teacher because theres no person that is good at all thing .. that why our kids need to grow and be educated in different form ... thhey need to learn and have different friend meet new people that will let thhem be good on different things ...

Are you sure you can fully cover a data about a particular subject and explain it to them thoroughly? Remember that we humans are busy organisms, always finding a way to do something and earn for a living. If you have kids and that your idea is to educate them by means of teaching them everything all by yourself then i think your mistaken. You cant dedicate most of your time just by teaching.. you need to earn for a living and even if you decide to manage your time.. it still does not work because kids require half of their time in learning.

I think because there are plenty of things that you could miss to teach them,
You could only focus on the things that you want your child to learn and at school they are teaching them everything that they have to learn.

We can not teach all children and for this purpose there are teachers who can be invited to the house for training. Individual training is much more effective, but it is not everywhere common.

Because not every parent is knowledgeable and know everything. If they're just gonna rely on materials like in standard homeschooling, then they are just regurgitating that knowledge from experts.

And seriously, how many parents can teach chemistry, calculus, biology etc and claim to have deeply studied all those subjects? Homeschooling are for certain situations where it is not possible to go to school.

Nope. There is no real solution for this. The kids need to spend at least 6-7 hours everyday away from their parents. This is very much necessary in order to get a balanced and unbiased view about the outsiders. I have seen a lot of people who were home-schooled, and I have to say that the vast majority of them suffer from problems such as introvert behavior and inability to interact with the others.

Socialization is an important thing that children learn directly. Then what other solution do you mean? Go to school also to build children's character, socialize with others directly and make friends. Not all lucky children can get enough education at home. The busyness of parents is always a constraint to divide the time. Therefore schools are indispensable for the development of children.

if the parents have all skills which children need, we don't need send them to the school.
unfortunately we don't have it.
sending them to the school is one way to teach them how to socialized witah a society.
and school is the process of getting legal certificate.

If we can educate our kids a home, why we send them at school? Obviously, they are different institutions. At home, the parents established the foundation of our knowledge of a child. At home, they instill the simple things and enrich our prior knowledge. While at school, they teach more comprehensive and complexities in life that a person needs in entering the professional world. Also to build a social relationship. No one is an island so we better let our child/children to enjoy life with their friends in school. Honestly, though school give them a hard time as what parents do to us when a child commit a mistake, it is for our future and betterment.

home is the foundation of our kids .. at home they first learn their words ..
home and people at home will be the first step of who will be and what he will be .. his/her attitude will begin to develop at young stage ...
we will teach them how to count and memorize the alphabets .. they started to sing with nursery rhymes with us at home ..
but those are basic fundamental of a successful human being .. we still need to send them to school to be with others and meet other people this will boost their confidence .. as you can see at school in every subject there is a particular proctor who will guide and teach them , develop their knowledge and explore who will their be sooner or later .. teachers will let them see the brilliant world of every subject .. to be mature on a certain thing that will let them dream to become someone and be something .. education is the best fundamental of life for being a well being human .. to become a doctor or maybe the next president of a country!
