In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I was thinking of selling my bitcoins for cash. Is it perfectly legal to do so ? Amount is close to 3-4K.

Thanks for reading.
There is nothing wrong if you want to sell your bitcoin to cash, before i forgot your question is if it is legal? Yes,it is legal and i know people who wants to invest or want to trade bitcoin will surely buy or grab it especially at this time that value of btc is falling down but mate you can hold and wait because maybe its not only 3-4k you can get profit maybe it is more than that or tripple.
We are the one controlling our own money, bitcoin or any other coins, so there is nothing wrong with that if that is what your desires then you have to go for it, just always think many times if you want to cash out your coins, you deserve it and no one cares for it.

Legal or illegal it all depends on the policies of their respective governments. If the government refused and strictly prohibits using bitcoin I think it will get to be jail sentences if violated. But if the government accepts it will not be a problem and you can freely use bitcoin. Every country has different regulations.

I can say yes if your country is the same with mine. We can easily sell our bitcoin to cash anytime if we want to through using a local exchange wallet. I don't think its illegal to do so as long as you're using a proper and secure wallet exchanges available and because its your money and you can do whatever you want.

There are many businesses and individuals who use Bitcoin. Includes physical businesses in the real world such as restaurants, apartments, law firms, as well as popular online services such as Namecheap, WordPress, Reddit, and Flattr. Although Bitcoin is a new phenomenon, it is growing very rapidly. I think it's okay depending on the seller and the buyer because bitcoin is not tied to any country

it is legal to sell bitcoin for cash. it is just like other currencies. if it is not legal it would not have been possible for people from different part of the world been converting their bitcoin to their country currencies.

Since we cannot yet buy bitcoin anywhere we want since not all of us were accepting bitcoin yet then it is not illegal, how come that it will  be illegal of course it is not. Unless you are using bitcoin in illegal transactions in that way it will become illegal.

It is legal in most of the countries. However, I think there are some countries where it's not legal - perhaps China? Or Vietnam?

If in a particular country there are no legislative acts that would prohibit exchanging crypto currency for fiat money, then such operations will be completely legal. In order for this to be recognized as illegal, there must be a prohibition set forth in the normative act.
While in most countries such operations are absolutely laws and I hope that this will continue in the future.

I think that selling bitcoin with cash is legal. There are still no regulations that are implemented because bitcoin world is still unfamiliar to many people.

as long as there are no regulations from our government and there are not illegal for us to buy and sell bitcoin, we could still sell bitcoin for cash. and I see in many countries, bitcoin still be used by the people and they don't break any law. but I don't know more about this because, in my country, people still trying to buy and sell bitcoin and they are making much of money and still continue until now.

I know a lot of people from my country that sells bitcoin for cash and they prefer it this way because the transaction is way more faster. And I think this kind of activity in my country is not yet illegal since our government is not talking about this. So it really depends which country you belong and how they handle crypto from your side.

I think the right word to use is to exchange or convert your bitcoin to your local faith currency which is generally legal to do so and there is no illegality is doing so.

There is a lot of information about the legal status of Bitcoin.
https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-virtual-currency-guidance

But if you can find a local dealer and sell your coins, do it. In a few years, we will have a clear situation on what is the best option for selling, buying and paying taxes for Bitcoin.
I some countries you can read clearly about it and already do the right moves, but in my country is still messy and there is not enough information about what we should do. I just go to the dealer and sell it. And no he is not registered or he is paying taxes, just a good old black market. For now...

Depending on each country. Is your country Bitcoin legalized and allowed freely? If in your country Bitcoin is free to use in any case, I think this is a good thing to do. But if in my country is still legal to sell Bitcoin in cash.

As of Now, there is no government influence on selling and Buying Bitcoin. In my country government didn't take any action about banning the Bitcoin. But they are collecting taxes on Bitcoin conversions while converting the Bitcoin to fiat currency we have to pay taxes.
