What happened:


Hello,

First, I know, I'm stupid, I tried to play for the first time on 1XBIT, because I was before on 1XBET and it was OK for me.

So I will explain you my story.


On September 2, 2017 at the morning, I deposited approximately 14 ETH into my 1XBIT account.

I played from 9:47am to 12:42pm on 3 matchs (Tennis and Basketball).


All my bets were winners.

And just after at 2:05pm I tried to withdraw my winnings bets and it was rejected..

I contacted the support, and they told me to wait for the response from the security service.


Two hours later, all my bets have been cancelled and I can see only my deposit amount on my balance..

At 10:18pm, the security department answer me that :

Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 31 of the betting company 1xbit.
We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you  is final and without appeal.
You can withdraw your funds.

Point 2 subpoint 31 :

The Company reserves the right to close any account immediately and void any bets placed from such an account if it is found that:
-at the moment of making a bet, a customer had information about the result of the event;
-a customer had an opportunity to influence the result of the event by being a direct participant of the match (sportsmen, referees, coaches, etc.) or a person acting on behalf of a direct participant of the match;
-bets are made by a group of customers who act together (as a syndicate) with the purpose of overcoming specific controls and limits established by the Company;
-one customer has several gaming accounts (multiple registration);
-a customer is suspected of using specialized software or technical means allowing automation of the betting process;

-any dishonest means of obtaining information or overcoming the Company-imposed limitations are used.

Account balances in the above situations shall be returned to the client after the completion of proceedings. The amount of the account balance will be determined without the unfairly obtained revenue.The company reserves the right not to compensate for player’s losses on the commissions of payment systems while depositing and/or withdrawing from the account of 1xBit betting company.


There is nonsense since none of these points concern me.

I managed to withdraw my initial deposit of 14 ETH but winning bets disappeared as they were canceled.

I can't longer log in to my account with my login.


I am waiting for them to pay me my winnings bets, I will contact all their means of payment and withdrawal on their parent site: 1XBET

One of the biggest scam in these gambling sites. I too once a victim but thankfully it was just small amount. If their are lot users in that site, the best you could do is just to shut down their site but i think that is just part of their scam as one of their ordeal. I dont have anything to say but their are still many crypto sites to earn from.

I have to share these scammers on 1xbit. I do not know how can these scammers still exist online? this is a big internet crime they steal too much money from the players, a lot of money is stolen, this is not allowed, where is the internet crime police?
First I made a deposit of 8499.80 TRON, played, and got not much money, about 11 000 TRON. if you look at reputation board you'll see members are doing something about it. spamming the scam accusation board wont help your case. it would only just lead to other members to ignore you or your posts deleted if you continue spamming or necrobumping threads.

Create your own accusation thread so members here can focus on your issue, the accusations keep adding up, yet they keep denying that they are not doing anything wrong and they just turn the table to the players, as long as people not doing research on the present status of gambling sites this kind of complaints will not stop.
There's 1XBIT support on this forum but they cannot help you, they will just confirm the action taken by 1XBIT.
