1. Are you regulated? At what level now?
2. What is the position of FINMA to issue you a banking licence? Have you started the regulation process? Discussed with them?

KYC/AML is not the only issue with regulation, AML is. And fully aligned =/= banking licence.
ASFAIK only two Swiss banks got FINMA approval for cryptocurrencies as portfolio investment for their customers (you know the names) and still they are limited in what they can offer to their customers - no deposit and withdrawals in crypto.
Are you planning to breakthrough this limitation? If yes - how?

I checked your website and your team's LinkedIn accounts and they seem to be real. Every day lots of scam ICOs are published so this is refreshing  It is a serious concern for the number of scam ICOs. Good to know from reputable Managers like Retired, though very active, Lol, to confirm the genuineness of your team. I also trust the credibility irfan_pak10 of bountyportal who made this post to promote a genuine ICO campaign. Waiting for the bounty campaigns to kick off. Best regards. |
