jaschaknack PolarisBiosEditor v1.6.4 would do for editing. Google.
Save current BIOS to file. When you open the bios with Polaris Editor, look top right drop down and see which digit is for Elpida memory. There would be 1 and 2. I think its "1" for Elpida, but check it out. Try with 1:1500 values and put the value into the higher fields for 1:1750 and up to 1:2000. Change Core voltage if you want based on core Mhz categories. Don't go super low. Save. Upload to Card. Patch driver if needed, reboot.

Should be able to get 28 at least. 22 is usually the default without any mods.

I have managed to get a stable 28 mh/s on Claymore but am now facing an issue I have never seen or heard of. I have 2 identical cards flashed with identical roms. (ASUS RX570 4 GB Elpida) Windows 10 x64 AMD blockchain and latest drivers (tested both)
Full safe mode DDU, new AMD drivers, Patched and here is the issue -
ONE (either) will run very nice and stable. TWO cards crash rig almost instantly.
So I changed MoBo's and got SAME issue. So I changed ports, I changed everything!
Right now I have one of the cards mining away happily. If I shut down and plug in the second card the rig stops.
Not the MoBo (tired 2 different ones) Not the cards (both work independently) Not the risers
So what the heck?!
Any and all suggestions welcome.

I'm still new to these 570s and they're not as robust as 580s so bear with me, I'm testing out stable mods right now and I'll post bios' for select cards.

sapphire rx 570 nitro+ OC 4gb
at the moment i push my hash rate from 22mhs to 27.5mhs. i copy my 1750 stripe to the higher one and set the points in simpleminingOS
- mem clock from 1750 --> 2200 - gpu clock from 1340 --> 1150
other ideas to improve my performance?
- use a other stipe? - use a complete other bios?
i are open for other things :-)
Best regards Willi

What memory type? You should probably get 29.5-30.5 range regardless, its just that copy/paste straps is not ideal

Are you sure your elpida memory is running 2200mhz from 1750mhz stock , I do not see elpidas to go so high , you have to use some very loose timings. With eliovp elpida strap you get at 1150core/1950mem about 28.5+ mhs eth , higher clock the memory higher the hashrate. On some 470/570 4gb elpida 1750 and 2000 straps are the same , using eliovp strap which is based on 1500 strap ( with some small changes ) on 1750/2000 straps will give you boost to go to about 30mhs depends of the lottary how much high your memory clock without errors.

willi9974 my suggestion was to use 1500 straps. Try with that and not with 1750 strap

Sorry folks but these RX570-4GB cards are terrible, I they just won't run overclocked stable and/or without errors unless you get a lucky card.

In any case I'm done messing with these cards, I've got my two rx570 cards going like molasses in January @ 581 H/s XMR. My 480/580s on the other hand run at 1k H/s.
