But my Nividia cards work fine? lol its these AMD cards i cant figure out! Is it a power issue? When they start up they show a good Hashrate for seconds but level out to 12MH/s once they get working(Now using Trixx thats my max setting)...
What is my workaround for this if not a power issue?

Well I fixed my GTX 1070ti's... But I'm still getting a terrible hashrate on my AMD RX580's ... What am I doing wrong guys is 12MH/s all they put out now? Everywhere I read people are getting between 20-30MH/s I have made 6x 1070ti rigs they all pump out 190MH/s @1000 watts , From what I read these should pump out a similar hashrate just at a higher wattage, but even when running just 3 cards I get the same hashrate! I want to flash the bios on the GPUs but if I'm not even getting the base hashrate of 20MH/s most people say theyre getting stock then I must be missing something else entirely but I'm not sure what... also just under 600H/s for XMR will moding the bios get me to 8-900? Exact model is ASUS-DUAL-RX580-04G (Elpida) Memory

Did you mod the bios on the 580s for starters? Elpida memory is not the greatest but you should be able to queeze 26-27 mh with proper setup +driver. Forget the baseline without mod. Try it out on 1 card
Very first may be try the beta driver from August or the latest one and set to compute mode.

I followed a tutorial on youtube but I'm supposed to have two sets on timings in Polaris... I only have one and theres no :'s - I didn't get any increased anything, can you link me to a bios that I can use? Ill continue looking in the meanwhile My driver is currently 18.1.1 Crimson all set to computing mode in AMD settings EDIT: MODDED BIOS but only got to 13.5MH/s ETH and 650H/s XMR and its really jumping back and fourth from 12-13.5 or 600-650

Can you show a pic how it look in Polaris editor? Open a fresh bios file without any changes. Top right should have a drop down which shows memory types. By this you can figure which strap lines to edit for that memory. It is possible bios has 1 mem type. Although rare but possible. Other have 3 mem types like mine 570s. Etc. Get the very latest polaris editor github.com/jaschaknack. Best bios is your bios For elpida this should work . For above 1500 straps use below. no need to change anything else except use the strap on mem slots 1500 and above. 777000000000000022AA1C00315A5436A0550F15B68C1506004082007C041420CA8980A9020004C 01712262B612B3715 For over clock try initially core 1150 mem 1950 from Windows tool like msi afterburner or other.

Everybody with issues post your stock bios, I'll be modding some 550 soon as AMD finally gave up the opencl beta driver and I'll do any requests while I'm at it. note: the 550 mod won't be compatible with windows. 700 (avg)398.5h/s from $150 $250 card, this Lexa ASIC is some high tech shit.

I'm not sure how to post a picture on this forum.. But if you mean the drop box on the VRAM box it says - EDW4032BAB - and there is only the one listed there I downloaded a different version of Polaris and now it shows 0:200 - 0:2000 as the MHz timing numbers I copied the straps on everything 1500 and above but I'm still only getting 650H/s for XMR and 13MH/s for ETH (unstrapped cards are doing 530-550H/s with XMR , on the cards I flashed I'm getting 595-650H/s it jumps back and fourth every few seconds) Wish it would stay on the 1.2KH/s is shows when I first start the cards lol @maverik77 - I cant PM you my email because of your setting and I have a noob account

So far so good.
Did you overclock core and mem with a tool like msi afterburner or simillar?
If not, try core set to 1150, mem 1950 and retest ETH and xmr. Something is limiting the gpu potential.
P.s. For xmr you would have to play with the settings too, threads, blocks, etc to squeeze the max.but leave that part for now.

I was messing with different drivers all last night. MSI afterburner had all the settings greyed out and I couldn't use it so I started using TRIXX.
At some point with one of the drivers last night it allowed me to use afterburner again but it wasn't doing anything different then TRIXX.
Today the driver was freexing and giving me issues so I'm back on Crimson 81.1.1 and MSI AB is greyed out again and useless, but these numbers are with those same core & mem settings you just said as I saw a lot of people using those clocks and I'm using TRIXX
I also use ASUS GPU tweak as a monitor, and VRAM usage is only 45% which is strange I'm not sure what is stopping the cards from running at max speed.

I would clean drivers and start fresh make sure there are no driver leftovers. Try with the late august beta blockchain driver. No need to set compute for it.
