Modified GPU BIOS for Mining

PLEASE HELP! I am using 6 powercolor RX570 8G micron. I’ve tried all I methods that found on YouTube and forums to flash vbios for my cards but there are changing nth for hasrate. I was using win10 with block chain driver and also the latest version it gets 24mh for each card (with and without flash) now I just changed to hiveOS and  just finish all the installations, hasrate is getting 16mh (with flash) I haven’t do any OC adjust for any of the card. By the way I am mining eth

It’s kinda...works. At first I flash for 3 cards get 26mh 29mh 26mh, and then I flashed for all 6 cards get 26mh for each

^^^ That should be stable/error free for you, yes they will hash @29mh/s but will probably crash after a few days. That one card you had going at 29 was probably stuck at a higher frequency for a bit then got reset with a reboot.

Ok! I had another problem which is sometimes GPUx hang in openCL and claymore restart itself. Normally when this happened, it will loop within 3min until computer totally hang and just stuck there without restart anything. I tried many drivers, reinstall windows10, update claymore version, change riser, it solve nothing

380 H/s on XMR for a RX 580 is very low. It should be at least twice that.

Thanks a lot for the updated mod, notbatman.
I confirm that RX570 4GB HYNIX is giving around 800HS XMR with 111W power of wall . i am running it with -95mv though, in addition to the default mod settings you shared.   Earlier max i used to get was  750HS @ 120W of wall.

I need Bios for Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4g OC model (Hynix/Elpida). Please, I can't get above 26.x MH/s on eth.

Here, find you card and try one of these, it should work.

But you will have to overclock/undervolt if it isn't already set in BIOS.

wondering if OP is still around.  I have a Powercolor RX 470 red dragon (single fan) that I think I flashed the wrong BIOS to.  It will no longer allow the rig to boot (Windows freezes the computer with black screen after first set of circle of dots on boot)

I'm going to try this card by itself in a different computer, but what is the procedure for reflashing back to stock BIOS (I did save original before flashing).

You'll need to use a second working card or connect your monitor to the onboard video then you can flash the bad card.

I can use onboard video, but will the dos version of atiwinflash still recognize the bad card?

Had to do the 1-8 shorting on the bios chip to prevent windows from black screen freeze on boot.  successfully flashed the correct bios after atiflash was able to read the chip again.

With its BIOS I get 29.45MHs with Asus (DPM 3 -> 1162/2100 @ 850mv).
However, if I use the straps at all times, from 1500 to 2250, it reaches 29.79MHs with the same settings.

With Sapphire/Samsung it was different.
The undervolt from 1000mv to 888mv in memory did not go well.
With 2200 in memory the card hangs.
And the Ubermix 3.2 straps since 1500 do better than the 3.1 that you used only in 2000.
With Ubermix 3.2 on Sapphire (DPM3 -> 1145/2200 @ 850mv) I get 31.15MHs.


This data is all in Linux (HiveOS).

If you or someone else knows better straps, please post to the community.
Especially Asus I think it should have better performance. I can not get past 2080-2100 with this Hynix.
