Hazard's price is high  and another guy didn't replied. I am still looking for someone. I just need some basic things changed.

I will.do it for 25 LTC or .5 BTC if all you want to change is names; number of coins; logos; and such. I do the cut and paste kinda stuff Hazard won't.
