ETH - will it go lower

It's currently $286 on coinmarketcap. I need to buy some ETH to participate in an ICO soon. Is now a good time to buy or do you think it will go down more in the next few days?

I wouldn't be holding any Ethereum right now to be honest. There's too much unstability with the fundamentals. The hardfork is coming soon from what i've read, which could result in a big mess of 4 Ethereums, one of these may pump but in the long term it's not looking good to be honest.

Also the ICO ban stuff makes it not a good idea to hold the thing. Any gov can crash it even worse than BTC if they talk about ICOs in a bad way.

This is what i do see on ETH situation as of now and if i were you if you dont have still eth better to wait on the right opportunity to buy cheaper coins because there are lots of possible happenings on ETH ecosystem as of now and most of them are on negative side which we can really presume that price would still go lower and lower later on.Sad for those who bought on peak prices but we cant do anything about it.

Market volatility was still great when China banned ICO. Do not rush to buy ETH it now because I think its price is still declining. The sad thing for traders to buy at the price it too high ETH. Keep track of daily market and decided to buy the ETH at the right time.

Be honest, your post motivated me. After Bitcoin, Ether second most volume coin, also a great platform to enough believe that over this coin. I trust those coins, and loves to HOLD a long term.

I think price will go lower in coming days so if you want to buy ETH then its better that you wait for next couple of days and see how price behaves as if you buy today and if price starts declining more in coming days then you will regret on your decision so the best thing would be to wait and watch for next few days.

Nobody can say for sure how the etherium will behave in the near future in connection with the information coming from China. Perhaps the etherium is already at the peak of its fall. I would wait another day or two and as soon as the etherium course began to rise, then I would buy it.

Yes its better to wait for next few days and see how price behaves and there are higher chances that price will fall and once it again start rising from there that would be the right time to invest in ETH and sell even if its giving you small profits and to sell or not is an individual decision depending on the amount of profits he want to make from it.

People need to hold the ETH for a long time for the ETH to rise again. Ethereum has a nice development so I think if the Ethereum price goes down then believe they will rise again. Moreover there are so many ETH-based tokens that can help the price go up.

I think on the short term it may go a little bit lower, but on the long term, I'm bullish because of ICOs, tokenisation and smart contracts.

Ethereum Metropolis release is coming later this month so that should cause price to rally.
Looking at charts, this China caused crypto correction is  over now for most coins and Ethereum
should be heading to new highs soon. Good opportunity to buy near or below $300 while it lasts.

Everything is uncertain especially this time since the values are too erratic. Although, if you have some time to spare, i guess its best to wait a little longer and observe how it behaves since there is a possibility it will still go down. Though everyday you have to take risks since there is no assurance it will go down. There is a chance you might miss the lowest price eth can go down

volume is decreasing, as a sign for everyone is waiting for the news confirmation on China Exchange being shutdown?
both bull/bear force are decreasing, but bear force seems to come in bulk, while bull force comes slowly.
the price is ranging from 294-307 as of now.
