Because PP sux and only scammers need a card for PP.
If these are visa cards how can pp tell them apart?  Are you sure they don't work with paypal at all? Do you know if other anonymous polish cards (BRE Bank, etc...) work with paypal? Can I order transfer to another bank account.

The debit cards are intended to cashout from exchanges and spent it anonymously and not for some scams involving PP! |

I will load 2.5k and use it along one year, yes? Cannot load anymore money to it after the first 2.5k? What does cashout mean? I appreciate the fact of using atms but can I pay as normally using credit card in a store, with this?
If cannot load more than 2.5k in a year, it is ok for me to have several cards, to distribute my expenses?
Could the people who has bought these, give some practical feedback and experiences from these card please? Anytime any unusual reaction or payment mechanisms have failed? How about PIN-code?
It would be nice to get it described from a practical users standpoint. I will most likely start buying these but simply am closing in ages of not being arsed to go out adventuring around the stores with odd visa-cards, I want to walk in with my family knowing that what I have in my wallet just works.

you load 2500 euros per year not more.
Cashout i suppose=atm withdrawal.
You can pay instore, the max for pos transaction is 1000 euro.
You can have several cards if you want to.
cards get loaded by bank transfer and they usually work without any issue, the pin code is provided in the sealed envelope.

Dave got it pretty much covered.
Just to clarify:
You can use it until it expires in 2 years and reload it up until the limit once every calendar year.
The debit cards can be used everywhere VISA is accepted.
You get a sealed PIN and can change it online for free.
