From Reddit: Hey BitcoinZ community members, As many of you have noticed there has been an EOF issue regarding the swing wallet for the past 3 weeks. The devs found what the cause of the problem was and it has been patched. The patched swing wallet can be found here: https://github.com/bitcoinz-wallets/bitcoinz-swing-wallet/releases/tag/1.1.5.1-patched If the EOF error is still happening, close the wallet, run the ‘resync’ tool found in the tools folder and restart the wallet. We will have an “official” release later this week Big shout out to Renuzit for finding the cause and fixing it! From Github: If you have a connection error when you start the wallet, close the wallet, delete content in your AppData/BitcoinZ folder but DON'T delete the file wallet.dat ! Then restart the wallet exe. I have deleted every thing except wallet.dat and it worked for me, my wallet is now working and coins are coming in. Cheers |

Ofcourse nothing gona happen.... Its totaly same to have 300 000 coins worth of 3000 USD or 300 coins worth of 3000 USD...
For me, price whitch we have today is totaly best, because we expecting market cap 20 bil USD, whitch will brings parity with dolar, after that, BTCZ will be great crypto for daily use.
No one wants to pay coffe with BTC....
You are expecting a market capitalization of 20 billion USD for BitcoinZ?  That's gonna take a loooong time until we might see BTCZ hit that price |

Hashrate was 120,000 BTCZ was 90 Satoshi a month ago
Hashrate waws 180,000 and BTCZ was trading at 80 a week ago
Hashrate is now 270,000 BTCZ is still trading at 90 Satoshi.
I have a feeling the increase is difficulty is going to radically impact the price fairly quickly. We should be at 300 Satoshi plus by March. I will start selling about 20% of my holdings at 3000+ Satoshi but nothing before that.

I am using BitcoinZ Wallet 1.1.0_1.2. I got an error similar to this. Here's how I fixed it:
1. Close the Wallet.
2. Open a Windows Command Prompt in Administrator mode.
3. Type in at the prompt> netsh winsock reset
4. Wait for the message stating success - this includes that the computer must be restarted.
5. Close the command prompt.
6. Shut down (turn off) the computer.
7. Turn on the computer.
8. Open Bitcoin Z Wallet.
This worked for me.
Something is getting corrupted with the sockets - they are not getting reset or disconnected in the correct sequence. It has been more than 10 years since I programmed Java opening and closing sockets in the correct sequence.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the recent update, Dev. Hope Bitcoin Z will reach 500 Satoshi in the first quarter of 2018. It can't even hold 95 sat. Never mind the sell wall at 100. With the high supply it has (over 1B coins) this thing is going nowhere as long as it will be traded on very low volume exchanges. Wanna get it to 500 ? Get it listed on Binance. Otherwise, it's all hope and dream. All can rest well, it's not going to break out anytime soon. Have to stay realist. |

Thx bitcoinz-pod the wallet is just working fine. Now the wallet can be closed and open again without the need of using a partially updated version of my Btcz folder. |

This is the place where I bought my mining rig. Super polite, with a lot of information, true crypto promotors. For me, the best computer shop in Slovenia. Whenever I call them, I could talk about the crypto for hours. And yes, they accept crypto. All kinds of them. And the rig is working as it should. Mining BitcoinZ. Just perfect! |
