Can I ask what's the logic behind preferring BTC-Alpha + OpenLedger + Coinexchange.io over Cryptopia?
I think Cryptopia would give more exposure even if it's just a single exchange, specially since lately people have started to understand that the place is an incubator of lowcap coins that can boom and become very relevant.

Well... On the other side if I can be selfish for a moment I'm fine with the coin not reaching Cryptopia (yet) so I can keep accumulating, but I still think it's an important milestone the community should try to aim for.

First of all thanks for asking before making any asumptions.
This is a ‘Race’, so basically donators can decide the exchange.

As i donated more than 10k BTCZ for the three exchanges I can tell you my reasons, I don’t know others reason for their chosen option. BTCZ is about decentralization. Decentralization means that if one piece falls the coin will not suffer. So i choose 3 exchanges instead of one because I think that we need to have a backup if one exchange closes or has technical issues. Right now we have 3 exchanges and we all know that those are not the best. Another 3 means that we have more chances to ALWAYS be available for investors. Those 3 in the race might have their own issues, but i want BTCZ on more exchanges before hitting a big one, that way we can be sure that one exchange does not dictate the price.

Also I heard of pump & dump scheme. Most of these schemes take place on coins that are listed only on cryptopia. Because the price can be easily manipulated by whales.

Another reason is that i support Decentralized exchanges, OpenLedger is one of them. I think those are the future when people will realize that on DEXs they have the coins, bot some storage on a server.

At the end: i think we should go for another 2-3 small exchanges besides those 3 from Exchange Race before going big. We need volume and price direction from 10 small ones so we assure that big ones do not affect us.

This is just my humble opinion, and the reason I vore for those... at the moment. This coin is young, we need organic grow.

On our sonofatech pool, http://equihash.sonofatech.com, we are mining between 1,500 - 2000 BTCZ per day on about 2.4 - 3.0 Ksol/s. Our pool also runs at a 0% Fee.  We got similar results over at pcmining.xyz's BTCZpool.

Over at btczpool.com we were mining about 600-1,100 BTCZ per day.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but mining BTCz with EWBF zecminer 0.3.4b its widely known the dev has stopped work on the miner. In the awesome world of crypto and technology, we all know there is always room for improvement on just about anything. So considering the dev isn't actively working on the miner, I decided to remove the dev fee from the miner. No, I didn't do any crazy stuff, just simply added the line code to the batch file. I expected that the performance would maybe drop a bit, but figured I would try and see the result......today after about 24 hours I check my statistics and I was surprised to find that my hash power(measured at the pool)did not drop at all, and in fact has actually increased by a noticeable amount. I was averaging about 10.5ksols at the pool, and after 24 hours I'm now seeing about 11ksols. That about a 5% increase in hashpower at the pool....may be an oddity, but I'll recheck tomorrow.

I'm not to computer savvy so I can't offer much help but promote on Twitter and instagram. I just want to thank all you computer geniuses who put in so much hard work for this coin to succeed even when I'm sleep you guys are working hard figuring stuff out I feel like my money is so secure for once in my life in a solid investment. Every night I sleep like a baby having million dollar nightmares, I wake up and check coinbase for price everynight!!! I just cant wait for the price to be on $0.50 or a dollar or $10 because I know you guys are going to make it happen! The exchanges have been buggy lately, but it seems TradeSatoshi has smoothed out now that their server migration has completed. Not sure whats going on at stocks.exchange though i think they had some server maintenance going on too, but I stopped using that exchange due to ridiculous btc withdraw fees. I really hope the BarterDex exchange will be working soon. I haven't had any luck with it and since yesterday my BarterDex app won't load. C-Cex is a complete joke, I wouldn't go there if they paid me.

I think many of the exchanges were doing maintenance during the holidays when traffic was lower, and some just didnt get all the bugs out before the rush of Traders after the holiday.

I myself have been critical of the exchanges, however after a bit more thought and research I think this project is on the right track. We need to stay on the smaller exchanges for now, at least another 6-12 months. The difficulty mining is already through the roof, a big exchange would put us back on whattomine and at that point, the time for investment-oriented mining will be over.

I am new to the community of BTCZ but I would like to give some credits to stocks.exchange. I read a few stories that the exchanges BTCZ is listed on are not to reliable. Eventually I chose to buy my coins at stocks.exchange the conformation of my deposit took a little longer then expected had to wait for 4 confirms but after purchasing my BTCZ i could withdraw without problems. I haven't tried satoshi exchange but stocks.exchange seems to work flawless for me. I hope i can take away some concerns of the people willing to invest in this coin but my advice is always do a small deposit first buy some coins withdraw them if it all works fine make a bigger deposit.

...purchased ebtcz from stocks.exchange as well.  Deposit took longer to confirm - literally slept over it and woke up and it had gone through.  There isn't much volume so it's harder to trigger your limit price.  Also, no issues withdrawing to wallets - that was quick and that's what matters at the end of the day. #hodl on.
