With no windows wallet at release, coin will be dead on exchange.  Devs will be only ones mining, hold 80% of supply, and dump the second it hits an exchange.

Devs you need to relaunch with windows wallet and more info in ANN if you want anyone to take this seriously.  Right now you've obviously just cloned the zcash GitHub and launched a clone with no intention of development.  I'd love to be part of a ZCash/Bitcoin hybrid, but one that doesn't look like a cash grab.

Edit: If you look at the Linux daemon name in the readme here: https://github.com/bitcoinz-pod/bitcoinz/ you can see they didn't even rename it from "zcashd".  Couldn't even bother renaming it, maybe they don't know how.

windows wallet is a must but i have installed the linux ubuntu wallet no issues from the instructions on github, i did need to addnode in config to connect to peers. we need more info here , block explorer ? coin emission decay? website?

Bitcoinz pool available now at equi.mining4.co.uk if your miners are still connected via ip it would be best practice to switch to the domain in conf, this will allow dns failsafe.

this pool is pre-release due to release with domain within the next week with zclassic and komodo (currently only zen and bitcoinz available)
we have decided to release this pool to the public early due to bitcoinzs release, pool pays on PROP system 100 confirms after every block, current minimum payout for zen is 0.5 and btz 0.1 yes btz 0.1 to ensure payout every round until more information about the blockchain can be gained.
