We are currently being hit with a massive DDOS attack and are working to mitigate the issue. Once we have I will be addressing all support tickets. I apologize for this and appreciate everyones patience as we are still in beta/soft launch. We appreciate everyone helping us test our systems, even the attackers Wink We will be back online stronger then ever.

Hello miners,

From today http://equi.mining4.co.uk will be extending block bonus promotion to include btz, so if you find a block with us on btz we will point one of our own 1.5Ksol miners to your wallet address for 12 hours.

we initially did not include btz in the promotion as the network hash was to low, but as it has now sustained over 1Msol for about a week we are happy to extend the bonus to btz, just a way to reward our loyal miners.

Trading can resume, still waiting to hear from our hosting provider so I can make changes to the firewall rules and enable deposits and withdrawals. I upgraded the server through the api but was unable to change the firewall rules (due to a new server and ip address) which limits our connection to the wallets. Will update once I get word from our hosting provider regarding why they have blocked our access. Thanks for your patience.

Hi, guys! Could you help me please with depositing to trade.cryptobroker.io. When i click on "Deposit" (btcz), there is a window without deposit address. When i click on "New address" i see the message "Warning. You can't generate new address if it hasn't been used".

I think this is a symptom of the same issues I am having since the DDoS, the exchange op has assured me it's being fixed and should be fully functional shortly

Just responded to all support tickets and emails. I apologize for the downtime today, I'm still waiting to hear back from our hosting provider to gain access to our dashboard and firewall settings for the wallet daemons. Until I gain access to the dashboard deposits and withdrawals will be down. That includes the generation of new addresses. Although this is an inconvenience it also shows that our systems are hardened against even us making changes easily. All funds are secured and I won't be sleeping until this is resolved. Thanks again for everyones early support and patience. I will update you all as soon as I get anymore information.

My wallet is running fine and it's 100% synchronized.  It might be an issue with your internet connection, firewall, etc.

Yeah. Shouldn't be so.. if that's first start there should be about 900mb info download... But your windows are empty.. perhaps internet is blocked by firewall? Or... Did you try to reboot?

I'm running wallet version 1.1.0.1.1, and it works fine.  Have you tried this older version too?  Perhaps you're missing files (.dlls, etc.) or there's an error in the wallet code?  Do you have any antivirus or anti malware apps running?

BitcoinZ Wallet 1.1.0_1.2 is working fine for me on win10 with latest nvidia drivers. Maybe look through zencash swing wallet and see if people have had any issues?

Only windows defender and I already exception scan on all miner and wallet i had. Huh
