It seems to work for most people. I've heard a couple of crash reports, but haven't been able to reproduce them. Most of the altcoin wallets look and act pretty similar to the Bitcoin and Litecoin wallets.
I tried downloading it, that worked fine but when i try to open it it closes right away. Any tips? Edit: I am no IT guy btw. ) [/quote] What version of Mac OS X are you running? Also, do you get the "Report to Apple" dialog when it crashes?

The problem may be that these wallets (or at least the ones I've compiled) were compiled with OS X 10.8.3. They may have ended up with dependencies that aren't available in versions of OS X 10.7 (when a lot of things changed internally). jrlepage and some of the other people writing wallets are compiling them on version 10.6.x, so those wallets might work better on older versions of OS X. I'm going to add an annotation to the OP that my wallets may not work on older versions of OS X. In the future, I'd like to see if I can get version 10.6 working in a virtual machine so I can create wallets that work with a wider variety of machines.

Based on this thread and some others I've been participating in, I don't think there's a lot of demand for Mac wallets--but on the other hand, I've found quite a few of them "in the wild."

Hmm. Any interest in building A Worldcoin Mac client? For us with a couple of year old macs? Maybe so good that Worldcoin actually adops it. Maybe even they give u some coins for it.

Busy with Litecoin development. Sorry. Fair answer. I like direct people. Good luck developing one of the best coins. If three digital currencies were to survive and grow to big in worth and big in places to use them i would like it to be BTC, LTC and WDC (as an underdog)

Alright, would love to have that one compiled, as many users with me!:D I took a look at the MEMEcoin source code from Github, but it doesn't actually contain any GUI code, just the memecoind daemon. The Windows QT wallet must have been compiled from a different source tree. Any idea who built the Windows version?

Sure, I'll give it a try. I have a backlog of requests now, so it may take a few days.
