FinaCom experts receive all the data connected to the trade’s execution, request additional documents from the client and/or broker if necessary, and announce the final decision. This ruling can not be appealed.

However, if the broker violate the conditions, we will refund all your money and ban these broken in the system (If we sell the right amount of tokens during ICO, we will create own fund, which will insure 100% that you will receive money.)
