Hi there. Does your platform's insurance cover all the countries or are there any exceptions?
To my knowledge, there're exceptions at the moment, but you'd better ask the support team. Why are you interested? The point is that the broker protects only the citizens of the country where he has obtained a license. Most often it's a tiny island state.

Dont worry about it, when a contract between the broker, trader and Serenity is concluded, all the parties meet the commitments properly.

Does it mean that I can connect any broker to my platform, even a local one? It would be incredible!

Good afternoon. Will the broker be obliged to undergo any checkout in order to be allowed to join your platform?

Will you platform provide licenses? If they are paid in tokens, the growth of their value will be accelerated significantly.

Hi there. Most crypto currency solutions are focused on reduction of control, but your platform isn’t. Can you explain us why?

Good afternoon. Where can i find the full lust of requirements meeting which will allow the broker to position himself as «A» category broker? The terms and conditions for this group are extremely attractive.

Your WP says, that the funds from a smart-contract can be withdrawn to either a broker or a client, but it also requires a consent of two out three parties. Who is the third party?

The Serenity platform itself. It is the guarantor of the both parties meet the terms of a deal in good faith.

But if at least one of the parties has pretensions, they all will be addressed by the special department. It's not free, but completely eliminates the chance, that a trader will be deceived and lose his funds.

Will we need to install some additional software or a special plugin?

Hello. I wonder, if a broker will be able to modify the information about his actions in the database, without involvement of a trader? It will do harm to the transparency.
