Why not other cryptocurrency or ICO?
Becouse LAT has every chance to become a real bridge between cryptocurrencies and world business and economics. ICO like LAToken convert cryptocurrencies from the subject of speculation to engine of the economy. And this "engine" can be more comfortable, flexible and effective than traditional money.

Why do you thinks that it will be more effective?
Becouse the whole idea. It is very promising. For asset owners LAToken unlocks the value of assets by selling their tokenized fractions to crypto investors. For investors LAToken opens global access to real assets using cryptocurrency, with low transaction costs and maximum transparency and security. With LAToken investors of all sizes may own fractions of assets previously accessible only to large investors (such as real estate and works of art) and thus increase their ROI and diversify portfolios.

I can not estimate the real potential of this.

I can not estimate the real potential of this.
About the potential - these are the markets LATtoken are already working with. EQUITY (global asset value - 65 trillion$) - Listing equity on a stock exchange is a very costly process. Underwriters and bookrunners syndicate fees are ranging from 2% to over 6%1 of gross proceeds from the offering, application and filing fees fee average around $25k. DEBT (g.a.v - 215 trillion$) - Issuing debt on a leading stock exchange incurs initial listing fees of ~$20,000 and an annual fee of ~$20,0004 . Underwriting fees generally amount over 1% of total gross proceeds from debt issuance. REAL ESTATE (g.a.v - 217 trillion$) - On average home sellers pay their listing agent a commission of about 6% of the price. Other transaction costs amount to ~5% and include escrow costs and recording costs upon sale, title insurance costs. The sale process takes on average not less than 65 days. The proceeds from the real estate sale are taxed at the rate of up to 20% . ART WORKS (g.a.v - 3 trillion$) - As per example below seller fees associated with an artwork sale are 20-25% of the sale price (hummer price) while buyer’s premium charged up to 25% (according to Sotheby’s commission structure). LAT can greatly reduce all these costs. This alone already has really huge potential.

How big there can be a cost reduction?

How big can there be a cost reduction? I do not know really. I read somewhere that all costs will be only about 0.01% or even 0.001% of the operation cost. It seemed too optimistic for me and i don't save that page. Can't find it again. But i think that tenfold reduction of costs are really possible.

How big there can be a cost reduction? For me it's mass involvement of contributors before all. There is no minimum price of buying, nor there is a minimal share of equity one has to buy.

I suppose it would be wiser to invest in tokens which are backed by something aside from hype.

Actually, it's realistic prediction given that all the operations are simple and fast, using blockchain and automatized operations. There are no middlemen, no special taxes and the procedure of registration will be decentralized.

The frozen tokens will be gradually sold from 2022 to 2027. As for company pool, tokens from it will be sold only in case of necessity for the needs of the platform development.

Why are the term sheets for all the assets blank?
As for now we haven’t not allowed our customers to tokenize their assets themselves yet. The only asset owner who tokenized his assets is our Founder and CEO. We work on legal issues to finalize those term sheets.
